**FINALLY, a dark chapter. Also, I would've made the story earlier today if I could actually find out how to write on my phone**
**Renami POV**
I licked the blood off the blade of my gun-blade, the iron taste sending exciting tingles down my spine. Behind me were a bunch of corpses of a once thriving gang. As I gazed from the top of the building, I started to chuckle pyschotically.
"Ah~ This beautiful sunset sets up the perfect background for a bloodbath" I continued to giggle nut was suddenly interupted by the door to the roof of this building slamming open. I turned my body around, only to see a shocked and horrified Mio.
"R-renami...?" She had a terrified tone, her voice shaking and colour completely drained from her face, as if she didn't want to believe something.
"Oh Mio~ Good evening~. What are you doing here?" My voice conveyed words of bloodlust and just an intent to kill.
"R-renami...w-what hap-happened?" She pointed at the decapitated bodies and heads with a terribly trembling finger.
"Oh them? They just got what they desreved. HAHAHA!" I couldn't stop laughing at that point. As the sun set and night curtained the sky, my bloodred eyes were glowing an unsettling hue.
"I-I know they might have been part of a gang, but what did they do to deserve that! Not all gangs are bad you know!" With those words, she snapped me half out of my bloodlust, but my insanity still remained.
"Oh yeah. They were pleading for their lives, but never really said anything about being bad huh? Not even the research I did showed them being bad guys" I slowly lifted my hands to hold onto my head.
"HAHAHHAHA! THIS! I FUCKING HATE MYSELF HAHA! I KILLED INNOCENTS! AN INNOCENT GANG! GAHAHAHAHA!" My insanity went out of control as I started to approach the edge of the building.
"This height. It's just nice. I can end up with a crushed skull easily haha!" I seriously couldn't control myself any longer. As I put my foot over the edge however, Mio suddenly shouted out, "NO!" and pulled me back while bringing me into a hug.
"Don't kill yourself!" She screamed. Before I could say anything, tears started flowing out of my eyes as I buried myself into her chest, crying like there was no tomorrow. Mio just radiated a warm aura and continued to embrace me, patting my head a few times.
**Yeshhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Alright so that's it for this chapter. I wanted to write something slightly more mature for once, so here it is!**
