"Don't touch that, Ike." I say, he was but a mere boy, aging only around twelve. The girl was maybe two years younger. But they were still older than when I had began my training. "If you want to nuke China then by all means touch it, Ike."
"Seriously? Wouldn't it be easier to just blow up China? I mean, then we would win."
"The goal isn't just to win, it's to maintain peace." They have much to learn, I don't know how I am going to do this. "Okay, me no more explainie things." I whimper. "Read it."
Kink, the girl, looks at me with a pathetic gaze.
"My mind, read my mind. That's what you were sent here for." Ike looks toward his friend, and she stares down at her feet. "Dear God, tell me that you didn't lie about that."
"No. I just was wondering... Actually more like thinking that we should tell you..." Ike speaks for the girl; that's unacceptable.
"She talks, not you."
"She can't!" Shock covers me, this is the real punishment. Loxard wanted to persecute me by giving me two dimwits. "She's mute." The little girl tears up, humiliated. I can't even imagine, the poor thing. But just as there wasn't an exception with me, there won't be for her... Though I'm not sure how to cure a mute, it will just depend on her talent.
"To bed, now." I need to talk to Boss - also known as Loxard - about the newbies. "Now." Both of them look at me, by the looks of it they have formed a pretty solid opinion on their new trainer already. They scuff their feet as they walk down the long hall to the elevator that will take them to their dorm. "Ask for Merica, she'll get you guys lockers and bunks." Kink nods and Ike doesn't show any sign of compliance, but when I came neither did I... I'll make an exception this once, after the first day of being shown around I was already out and trying hand to hand combat - they should be no different.
Without permission I barge down the white corridor and bust open Loxard's door even when Eck and Chow try their best to hold me back. Loxard doesn't look the least bit amused - or surprised. My arms are locked in the guard's grip but I continue to plow forward. My lower lip curls a bit and my face remains hard, I do my best not to show effort - which isn't hard since I'm not putting much into this, I'm stronger than the both of them hands down.
They continue to try and tug me towards the door and I remain planted in the center of the room, annoyed. My eyelids are half-down and I can't stop myself from displaying a nice and obvious eye-roll.
"Loxard." I say, finally addressing the fat man. He does his best to refrain from laughing, but he is showing how tickled he is at the entertainment. If it came down to it I could walk in here and kill him, but he was put in charge for a reason I guess.
Of course he has to mimic me, and call me by my last name. That is something that really ticks me off, I hate my last name more than I hate Loxard. I keep standing there, just about ready to bite his head off.
"A word." I say. Chow and Eck are breathing hard and their legs are starting to slide around instead of making attempt to take strides toward the door. He nods and they somehow know to release me even though they are facing the other way. "Good effort you guys." I say mocking them, Eck gives a smile and a playful slug to the shoulder.
"Anytime." She says walking out of the door. Chow, on the other hand glares at me.
"Upset that you couldn't stop a girl?" I say, unlike Eck, he is really sensitive. His nose peircing flares with his nostrils and his chest puffs up. I smirk. He is halfway out the door when his hand grabs my shoulder as he tries to line me up for a punch.
He starts cursing his head off and winds up his right arm ready to throw a good one at me. It comes flying towards my face. He's pretty stupid, to show prepare his arm after he grabs me, it's now all too easy to move my head a few inches to the left and yank his arm that is placed on my shoulder, flipping him squarely onto his back. I bend down with my hands on my knees and my elbows out to the side to that I'm just above his head. He can't even moan so much breath was knocked out of him.
