"Chapter 28: Two Cheaters and a Delinquent"

Now that Mei's problem was fixed, I still had another problem; figuring out my true sexual identity. Over the months, I kept trying to hide my attraction to Sae and Kimi, but it seems like no matter how much I try to hide it; it comes out in the form of anxiety and frustration as I have been screwing up a couple jobs in the last two months since my daring rescue mission.

But it wasn't until October, that my now Seventeen-Year-Old little brother, Hayato - did something that would ultimately be the first of an unforeseen chain of events that would completely change my world forever.

It was October 17th, 2015, I was now twenty years old and I was sitting in my room watching Netflix on my laptop in my pajamas, when I got a call from Hayato.

I answered the call and asked, "What's up, Hayato?" and He replied, "Great news, Kohane! I'm gonna be a Footsoldier!"

My eyes widened in surprise and I said, "Oh my god, that's great Hayato!" and I asked, "What was your promotional job?" Hayato answered, "Uhh... I'd rather not tell you."

I then got upset and said, "Hayato, I swear to god... If you had to spill blood to get promoted, Me and You are both quitting."

Hayato then said, "N-No! I didn't spill anyone's blood! All we did was steal a shipment of Hondas and Yamahas coming in from Japan."

I asked in a skeptical tone, "Are you sure that's all you did?" and Hayato answered, "Ugh! Ok, fine! I had to knock out a couple guards to get to the shipment; once I got in a vehicle and tried to escape, one of the security guards woke up and tried to stop me..."

I could then hear that Hayato was close to breaking into tears and finished his sentence with, "And I accidentally ran him over!" before bursting into tears and crying.

I got concerned and said, "Ok, you need to come home right now." and Hayato said, "I've never killed anyone Kohane! I'm scared!" So I replied, "Relax Little Bro... Relax... I'll be right there in the living room waiting for a hug. Just hug me once you come home, and everything will be all right."

A few minutes later, I waited at the front door for Hayato, and once he arrived, he immediately ran for me and hugged me tightly.

I hugged Hayato back and sat down with him on the couch still hugging him; He then said, "Kohane... I don't wanna be in a gang anymore. I just wanna be home... Home with you - because you're the only other person that understands me."

I then told Hayato in a soothing voice, "I know, Hayato. You're the only other person that understands me too." before softly kissing his forehead and continuing, "But you're right; it's about time we both get out of the gang business. That's why we're telling Our Parents and we're both going to quit the gang."

We then stopped hugging and we all sat down at the dinner table with Mom and Dad, then I told them, "Mom, Dad, we have something to tell you." and Dad asked, "What is it?"

Hayato took a deep breath and said, "I never quitted the Osaka Obliterators." and Mom and Dad gasped in complete shock and disappointment.

Mom then said, "Hayato! How could you?!" and Jiro also said, "You know that business is dangerous and yet you ignored our advice and still did work for them?" and Hanako said, "I did NOT carry you in my womb for nine months, pushed you out of my vagina, and raised you to become a disrespectful delinquent who ignores good people's advice and only listens to bad people's advice instead."

Hayato then told them, "Look, you don't understand, Mom. During one of my jobs, I accidentally ran over somebody who was trying to stop me from leaving."

Mom and Dad gasped and Mom said, "YOU WHAT?!" and I said, "I'm part of the Osaka Obliterators too and have been since the last two years."

Mom and Dad couldn't even think about what to say and Mom said, "Y-You... go t-to your room now!" before she started crying out of stress.
