Under the now clear blue skies of the Marqland Plains, the Grand Marshal of the Historian Army, Caineth Armand was training the army to confront the barbarians and the rebels in the capital under the command of Archduke Blumenthal. The army was given the name Mark of Valor (MOV), a combination of the Historian Palace Guards, Altracian Special Forces and mercenaries under the former House of Armand. As Caineth observed his troops, he saw the flags that were raised at the front of the training ground, the flag for the HPG, a flag for the ASF and a flag for the MOV which was represented by a golden falcon. He reminisced about the glory that the House of Armand once had. Unlike their sister clan, The Juna Clan, the Armand Clan had political power inside the palace walls and represented the warrior clans in the royal court. It was a time that the warrior clans were at its zenith in regard to political power and now only a handful of powerful warriors remain in the country. He then saw the large flag which was hung at the tallest tower of the palace that all the people in this palace belonged to, the House of Rawlivic. A silver 5-pointed star inside a 10-pointed star that represented the warrior clans located on the upper left corner of the flag, a majestic golden flacon that is native to the southern peninsula represented the Mark of Valor of the nation located on the bottom right corner of the flag. The blue background that was diagonally squeezing a strip of red that was lined with white which represented the bravery and purity of the people which was represented by the blue pushing back on their enemies which were represented by red. Red was chosen as it was the colour of the barbarians of Konway. Rawlivic in warrior clan language means peace after war. That was what Kang Ling had in mind when he formed this new house. Peace in this war-torn peninsula.

Under the brick ceiling in one of the rooms in the Marqland Palace, a veteran soldier from the ASF branch of the MOV was giving birth to a new child.

"Just a little more Vayne." Janus said as he grabbed the hand of his wife that was currently giving birth. The doctor and the nurses were using magic to help the delivery process and soon the baby was born into the world. Dave Alexander Emnesia. The child was given a name by the parents and were soon sent to the nursery in the palace to be cared for. Janus then spent the time next to Vayne's resting body.

Under the cloudy skies in the cold reaches of the mountains in the north, Ralosan has followed Archduke Blumenthal to the border of Historia and were close to meeting the barbarians that were prepared to invade and reclaim the lands down south. The archduke was followed by the two noble houses that started a rebellion against the Sovereign Monarchs of Historia. In his mind, the days left before he was the ruler of Historia were close. He had a grin on his face that could be seen, and it was menacing to those close to him.

Under the salt filled windy skies of the ports south of Lirus, a certain Kang Ling met the leaders of Bigtosia and Maxia to revise the Hirso Pact that the countries in the south once signed. A new government that united Historia and Altracia once more was given the recognition by the two archipelago countries as the rightful ruler of the south peninsula in the region. The revised Hirso Pact planned to increase trade among the nations and increase the safety on the seas as many pirates were roaming the oceans as two of the three countries were entangled in a civil war and the other country had a weak navy despite being an archipelago nation due to Bigtosia just recovering from a civil war itself. On the other hand, Kang Ling was in control of most of the peninsula and wanted to revitalise trade among the three nations as soon as possible to resuscitate the economy of the nation. The arable lands of the south were rich and were ready for agriculture. Food was largest import of the two neighbouring nations and Kang Ling wanted to capitalise on that fact.

Under the same salt filled windy skies, a certain pair of teenagers were taking a walk on the sandy beaches near the port. Circe Laystorm Marqland and Emrick Juna Armand were given a few hours to rest while the talks were concluded not too long ago. The once rouge scholar was now talking a walk as the next heir of the House of Juna, and the former Princess of Altracia who fought the government of her homeland was walking by his side as a diplomat in training for the new nation that was being rebuilt by her sister and the current monarchs of said nation. The two had their ups and downs during the time that they had been together. Emrick decided to forgive her as the murderer of his mother and in return she decided on her own volition to be by his side for a lifetime. Emrick also discussed with Thinuo that he did not want to inherit the throne as he wanted to inherit his mentor's position as Prime Minister. This was also part of the reason as to why the King and Queen decided to shift towards a constitutional monarchy and slowly devolve power. The new constitution was slowly being written by Levi and Hsia who decided that splitting the power among the nobles was still too susceptible to corruption. They decided that they needed a bit of contributions from the common folk and wanted to have elections held to decide governors of districts that will later be mapped out according to population distribution. In the back of Hsia's mind, he wanted to avoid another situation like Archduke Blumenthal and decided that it should be impossible for one man or faction to consolidate power and execute a coup that might overthrow the government. By his side when he discussed these ideas were his two mentees, Cara and Emrick. They both had many ideas in their minds and discussions with them always bore fruit. He could see the two working side by side in the future to govern the nation. Whether or not they work as equals or as subordinate and superior, only time will tell.
