Testube wrapped her coat around herself as she left, slipping the claw into her pocket. It had became a habit to take it everywhere with her. It almost gravitated to her, maybe she was attached to it. It didn't matter anyway, the only thing that mattered now was finding out what cobs had done to those he'd captured. She knew he was the one who owned them yet she was gonna change that for good and for the better. She could see how terrified of him they were even though he was their father. It hurt her slightly to think about. how long had they been under his control, trapped and alone.

She kept walking. Only now entering the forest, she wanted a walk down by the coast. She hadn't been down there much lately, so she figured it would be nice to pay it a visit. Her and fan used to go down there together frequently but they had been a lot more busy since s2 had an abrupt interruption, since mephone had been captured. As she left the forest a loud crunch echoed through the forest right where she'd stepped astray from the path. She jumped looking around herself only to see a snapped twig beneath her. She sighed and continued walking. Her mind cloudy with thought.

The ocean waves relaxed her mind as she watched the foam hit the sand. The beach was one of Testube's favourite places to roam at night, the shining shells that lined the sand and the small shards of sea glass wedged between them made her look closer to look and see what she could find. She loved seeing the foam create patterns in the waves and water. But something else had caught her eye in the distance. It looked to be a shipwreck just on the edge of where the sand turned to stone. She began to make her way towards it, despite it being quite far from the path she needed to return back to hotel she knew she had all night so it didn't phase her.

As the sand became more rocky the ship came into view, small crumpled rocket shaped engines layed burrowed into the sand beside the ship. The airship was blue at the top and the sides we're probably once a pearlescent white however now they were grey and weathered. the ship layed on its side and looked as though it was only built to fly once. Or maybe twice, there and back and ready to crash. It looked as though it may have been built in a rush, although its structure was incredibly impressive despite its crumbling appearance. She stepped closer with caution. Her shoes clopped as she took a step onto the rock surrounding the ship.

Suddenly the sound of hydraulics moving closer towards her, she turned around expecting it to be one of the older mephones she had befriended, maybe one of them had followed her. She turned around quickly fear and dread filling her soul as she was met with a tall threatening figure who shoved her to the ground promptly. She caught herself, just missing the sharp jagged rock that was sticking out from under the sail from the boat. It would've shattered her. It had no eyes, no mouth just a large red x in the centre of its screen. The mephone's metal itself was a reddish colour. Instead of hands it had a large claw like hands, it reminded her of backster his claws were similar, except it was missing half of one of one of its 'hands'.

She dug around in her pocket, pulling it out and holding it out to the mephone in front of her without a word. Squinting her eyes closed for a split second expecting it to attack her, expecting it to kill her. Instead it backed away from her tilting its body in a way to show it was questioning something. She stood up and called out to it "IS THIS YOURS?" She stuttered as terror struck her voice. The robot straightened itself to stand upright and jumped like a dog seeing its owner at the door. Except it only jumped once. She slowly stepped towards it cautiously however friendly it seemed she had to remember it was the same mephone that had attacked her only moments ago. It slowly moved closer unsure of her intentions. She took note of its shape, no matter how big and strong it looked it seemed like it was hurting in some way. She questioned whether she should help it or not. She felt bad seeing the creature so similar to her friends hurt. It reminded her so much of them.

She held its wrist up, to her surprise it allowed her to do so. She slowly put the claw up to the gap missing area by its wrist. As the wires made contact with the area it jolted in pain, still not making a sound. The claw fit in the gap correctly so she finally knew who it belonged too. "Would you like me to fix it?" She questioned them. It clicked its other claw together twice, she assumed it was a yes so she asked if it could spawn in objects and she was met with the same double click, another yes. She listed the items she would need, the mephone expressed concern when she mentioned a blowtorch but still spawned it in anyways. She asked them politely if they could sit down. Surprisingly it dropped down the second she made her demand, sitting cross legged in the sand. She knelt down and began to fix and melt the wires back to how they were supposed to be. It would never be the same but she could tell it appreciated the gesture.

"What should i call you?" She questioned as they pointed to the x that appeared to be their face and tapped it softly. Their name was x? It was a strange name she had to admit but most meeple products had incredibly odd names. She then began to screw its hand into place. Good as new she thought to herself. It began to move its hand around, then suddenly its hand lit up, they appeared to use it as a tazer. They pretended to poke her with it and giggled a little when she backed away, it couldn't make sound but she could tell that they found their self pretty funny. She laughed a little, she wasn't expecting them to be nice.

Suddenly it reached into its backplate and handed them two objects it was a little difficult to see in the dark but she thanked them. One seemed a little bigger than the other and was square shaped. The other was in a ziplock bag similar to the one she had put the other CD in. She assumed they were both delicate so she held them carefully. The mephone walked away toward the rock. Before they flew off they turned around and waved her goodbye. "Goodbye X!" She shouted in return, turning back to the path she had arrived from in order to go back to the hotel.

Until they meet again.
