Chapter 1: The Alternate Reality

Once Upon A Time
There was the Enchanted forest filled with all the classic legendary characters We know or think we know, One day they found themselves in a new enchanted forest with an alternate reality soon where all their new happy endings were taken away, Our world.
This is how it happened....

In Storybrooke, before the alternate reality, Regina and Isaac visit Zelena's cell at the Storybrooke Hospital and states that she plans to write an ending for Zelena, and vows to have her written out of the story. As the Magic Ink is drying, Regina tells Zelena that Cora wasn't a better mother, and that she had wronged them both. Than Regina decides to spare Zelena for now. This gives Isaac the opportunity to write his way out of the hospital, and leaves a message that indicates a plan to write a new story that could change destiny. Isaac rendezvous with Mr. Gold at his shop, where upon meeting up with him, Isaac is instructed to start writing a new story in which villains win, in a new book, aptly titled Heroes and Villains, beginning with the phrase, "Once Upon A Time..." 

Emma, Hook, Henry, Snow, David, Regina and Robin are in the library of the mansion, searching for a way to stop Gold and Isaac from enacting a new reality with the newly magic ink. They are joined by August, who shows them a drawing of the Sorcerer's Apprentice, who might be able to help them. Hook remembers the Apprentice from when he and Gold trapped him in the sorcerer's hat. With the help of the Blue Fairy, they release the Apprentice, who immediately says that there's no time to waste. He tells them that they must find the storybook page depicting the door, as well as the door's key, for only then will they be able to lock Isaac back into the book where he belongs. The group splits up, with Henry, Hook, David and Snow heading back to the loft for the book and key, while Emma, Regina and the Apprentice head to Gold's pawnshop. At the shop, Gold is clinging to life as Isaac finishes up writing the new book, titled Heroes & Villains. He plans on a new universe in the Enchanted Forest for the inhabitants of Storybrooke, while he writes a new ending for himself in the Land Without Magic. When he writes the final words, "The End," magic appears out of the book and begins to distort space and time.

The New Reality begins with this, The Beginning. Emma and Henry finds out that a happy ending for a hero in this universe will return things to the reality that they know. However, Henry and Emma is rescued by the "Light One" Rumplestiltskin, who is now a heroic knight. Henry and Emma seeks out Snow White, who is living life as a bandit. They try to convince her that Emma is her daughter, but Snow does not believe them, since she does not have her memories from before. Convinced that a true love's kiss between Snow and Charming could solve the problem, they suggests that she seek him out, although Snow already knows him as a fellow cowardly prince that has no courage. Isaac, ends up falling into a trap and is found by the evil dwarves, led by Grumpy, who take him to the Evil Queen, Regina holds the heart that belongs to Grumpy and uses it to command him with orders to behead Isaac, but Isaac schemes his way out of it by convincing them that he knows some of their secrets, since he wrote them in the first place. Isaac tells Regina that she can get her happy ending again, if she agrees to kill Henry and Emma along with Snow White. Rumple returns home to his wife Belle and their newborn baby son. In Oz, at Emerald city the Wicked Witch returns and Isaac is there waiting, and he tells her that her happy ending will be taken away if Heroes succeeds in their quest to reverse the events of the new book. As Zelena is aware of the alternate reality changes, Zelena does not believe Isaac, thinking he must be a demon trying to corrupt her, until Isaac mentions Grayson, a secret from Zelena's past that she has been keeping from everyone. Isaac then tells her that she must enact a dark curse, to stop the Heroes and giving her a happy ending. Meanwhile, Henry and Emma goes to the Jolly Roger to recruit capt.Hook and finds that he employed  Blackbeard. With this new Hook in legend and fame, Henry and Emma has tied up Blackbeard and threw him into a chest. When they make a pit stop at a village, the three are caught by the Wicked Witch and the flying monkeys, whom Ava had informed of their location. Than Zelena tells them that her curse is coming, as the dark curse rumbles and coming through all the realms. Zelena tells them it's taking them someplace terrible.
