Chapter 12: That Fucker
SEOL
PRESENT TIME
While marching the hallway with my long beautiful legs, I could hear curious whispers or a blatant mockery from students in different departments. I don't give a fuck about it. I know they are talking nonsense about the pamphlet spread every nook and cranny in the campus.
Someone must have recognized me when I did the work. God why did I even forgot to bring a black cap or even a mask with me. Now that they know my handsome face, I am pleased to say that it is free to look at.
It is been two days. Diana and I did not talk after that day at the coffee shop. She said that I can't do anything if the Student Government won't allow permission, but luckily they did but just for a limited time.
Pamphlets would be gone for now because they only gave me a day to "advertise" it. I hated it when they called it advertise when in fact it is to help somebody.
They must think I am crazy or an idiot or someone delulu. A detective wannabe rather! I mean I don't have any choice but to make the killer make its first move. The fucking son of a bitch.
When my iPhone vibrates, I know they will contact me someday. When I read the caller and it is unknown, and they sent me a weird looking address, I knew this is that fucker.
I made an abrupt turn and went there right away.
Sender: +639*********
Message: I'd love to talk more with you. Candy's Haven. 9 PM sharp later. I'll see you there. The pamphlet the Student Government printed out was attached as photo. I know what is that place too. The only place where seniors drank their ass out.
So I will be seeing seniors?
I made sure to read the message again. Yes, it is indeed Candy's Haven, a pub.
When I exited through the main gate, I saw Felix entering. He's wearing an unusually formal dress shirt. Is she attending a conference perhaps?
He did not notice my presence so I just continued my business. I hate him but when I saw him, those feelings fade out like I am seeing an old friend.
Time passed by really quick it is already 6 PM. I am just observing the people inside while sipping a glass if water. A god damn water because who idiot would drink a martini right now on a stake out?
So far, I don't notice anything unusual. The people here are not familiar either, so I thank God because if anyone who knew me would go here I would—
"Damn, Seol Kim I didn't know we'll meet here." I flinched when somebody just blatantly called my name.
When I turned my attention to him I immediately recognize it as that fucker inviting me to that playboy's birthday party. Why is he here though. I don't like seeing him right now. He talks nonstop.
"A water? You're not a baby anymore, are you?" He laugh heartily, totally judging me.
"The wrong with this fucker," I uttered under my breath. "I wish he would leave me alone."
