Chapter 3. A new friendship

Rob's POV

Preston went to his room and swear I heard crying, but why would he be crying. Mitch was laughing along with everyone else, I got up and walked to his room. I heard sniffles and pained groan I knocked on his door awaiting it to open. It finally opened and Preston's face was the worst thing to see. His red droopy eyes, stained cheeks, and his breathing. "Preston are you okay?" I asked going into his room closing the door behind me. "Yeah, Yeah. It's not like my friends don't accept me or anything Rob." he said sarcastically, I rolled my eyes. "So you're actually gay?" I questioned. He nodded, I smiled "Well I accept you buddy!" I said punching his arm lightly. "We are gonna be best friends! And live in a magical fairy world!" I said laughing. He chuckled and nodded "Best friends?" he asked. I nodded "Best friends.".

Preston's POV

"Best friends." he said. I felt joy rise up into my stomach, my current "Best friend" has been a jerk too me so I'm glad Rob is here. Rob smiled, "Lets go back out and face the Mitchy-pa-tootie!" Rob said marching off like a guard. I chuckled and followed behind him, we stopped in front of everyone they looked and they smiled. "You both ready for war?" Jerome asked looking at us trying not to laugh. We both said in unison "Yup!" Jerome laughed and looked back at Mitch who was texting someone. Rob's phone buzzed and he groaned, I looked over his shoulder to see a text from his girlfriend saying: "You know what Rob, If you think that you can just ignore me you're wrong!" I could tell how angry he was. I sat down next to Lachlan as he was talking to Vik, Rob slammed down his phone angrily and sat down cupping his face. "Rob what happened?" I asked. "Alyssa broke up with me." he said.
