Author's POV
"Dr Freen, I will send you the report of the patient tonight. Check your email"
"Yes maam, I will"
Freen bowed her head towards her senior resident before letting out a deep sighed making her way towards her locker, changing into her clothes again ready to get home after a long tiring day
"Hey Freen, do you have a night shift tonight?"
"No Love, do you?"
"I don't too, do you want to have dinner with me? It's been a while, I miss youuu"
"I'm not sure, I will confirm to you before 9 pm"Freen replied as she turn around just to meet with a sight of the sulking girl
"Why?"
"Because I have work to do. How about this weekend? Let's have a lunch"
"Weekend sounds good, okay then. You better keep your promise"Love said, warning the taller girl making Freen let out a small chuckle
"Yeah I promise"
After the quick talk, Freen immediately drive herself home. It's been a tiring and depressing week for her, especially after that night. Freen woke up without remembering anything about what happened between the talked with Becky
Not untill the memory hit her hard, she knew that she never mean any single thing that she let out on the smaller girl. Freen couldn't help but to feel how guilty she is but didn't have the courage to apologise
After remembering that Becky is married to someone else
The sight of them still giving her a big pain inside and the only thing she could do is accepting the fate that were written for her
"I'm home"Freen spoke, a little bit louder letting the people notice her presence
"Welcome home honey"
"Mom? You are home already?"
Freen smiled with the sight of the older woman before giving a quick hug for her
"Don't you know that I took a day off today?"Fon asked
"You did? I don't even know, I went to the hospital early in the morning. I didn't notice you, why did you took a day off? Are you sick"Freen said, putting her hand on her mother's forehead checking her temperature
"I'm okay, just need a little break sometimes. It's been a while since I could rest my body and plus, my schedule is not that full"
"How about dad?"
"Your dad is very busy this week, he got a lot of patients coming"Fon said
"That's why I haven't seen him.."
"By the way, I cleaned the storage room earlier and I found a couple of box. It's yours and thats why I put it in your room, you might want to take a look at it"
Freen confusedly looking at her mother, wondering what the things she have been talking about. The taller girl then just nodded her head thanking her mother
"Alright then, I'm just gonna take a shower for a bit"Freen said before making her way towards her bedroom
Closing the door behind, Freen can see two boxes on the floor placing nicely just beside her desk. Freen walk closer, taking a look inside and realise it's her things from high school
Her eyes immediately lit up as she sat down on the floor, opening it seeing a lot of different books from her high school life
The memories immediately rewind inside, how much she miss those good times. Freen found her old film camera again with a small box beside
