Author's POV

"Okay everyone put your things inside the bus now, sit properly because I'm gonna count everyone in 5 minutes!"Mrs Pohn voice echoed around the place as everyone immediately get into the bus

Freen put the bags inside helping the bus driver, she put her black sunglasses just above her head before removing her jacket. It is indeed a hot day today

Today they are going as a volunteer for the charity event, all the student council will take a part along with a few junior. They will be going to Wang Nam Khiao as a 3 days and 2 night trip

"Mom yes I will be careful, don't worry okay? I will call you when I arrive, yes I love you mom"Becky said before ending the call as she took a deep breath

Becky grab her bag before making her way towards Freen who have been putting the things inside, she quitely hand her bag while the taller girl take a quick glance towards Becky

"It just 3 days, not a whole week. Why are you bringing such a heavy bag?"Freen mumbles loud enough for Becky to hear

Becky scoffed unbelievably looking at her and crossing her arms

"It's none of your business okay? Annoying"Becky mumbles the last part before turning around quickly getting into the bus

"It's none of your business nyenyenye"Freen mimicked and rolled her eyes as she finally finished putting all the bags

"Freen, can you count now? Make sure there's 12 people including you and the teachers"Mrs Pohn approached

"Sure Mrs, wait a minute"Freen said and hop onto the bus, standing at the center as her eyes counting the people

Becky sat at the edge, putting her headphone on. The space beside her is empty, probably because they are too shy to sit next to Becky Armstrong

"Excuse me? May I sit here?"

The voice wake her up from her deep slumber as she look up and saw a guy smiling asking for the permission to sit next to her

His face seems familiar but Becky still couldn't tell who

"A-Ah sure"Becky replied shortly as he immediately sat beside her, their shoulders touch

"You might not remember me but I'm Mike, we are in the same music club"He introduced himself with a smile

Becky seems suprised and trying her best to remember him

"Oh wait, you...ah! you are the one who plays the drum. Yes I remember you!"Becky said and he nodded his head with a little chuckle

"It's nice to know that the Becky Armstrong remembered me"Mike joked looking at her with his charming smile

"Come on, don't said that. I'm sorry I couldn't recognise you earlier"

"It's okay Becky, sorry if I surprised you or something. I thought you might need a company since I can see that they are too shy to sit next to you. So why don't I give it a try right?"Mike said earning a little laugh from the girl

"Yeah, I can see that"Becky replied shortly

"Okay since everyone is here, we will leave now. It will take 2 hours to arrive so sleep well and don't be too loud alright?"Mrs Pohn said and they all responded with a yes

"That's a long ride huh, do you want to eat something? I brought some snack"He said showing the snack he brought and Becky politely declined with a smiled

"It's okay, maybe later, I just want to take a little nap Mike"

"Ah if that so, alright then. I won't disturb you"Mike said smiling
