"C, I still don't understand why we have to drive four hours to see you boyfriend," Ellie groaned while in the drivers seat. She was going to drive an hour then switch then repeat.
"Luke's got a game tomorrow and I promised I'd be there," she muttered still trying to wake up as it was 6am. It was an away game and she promised she'd come, they'd leave the day before and hang out- get to know the team a bit.
