The Marketplace

The day finally came, and I prepared myself I prepared a extra large cone so it would last longer I put the mix in the directifier and it said it would last about an hour. I fiddled around with the directifier for a bit until I found it Wahoo's marketplace I set it to the front entrance and had the cone. Within a instant I was in a room once again but this time I was encapsulated in goo, I lifted the lid of the capsule and got out the goo fell right off my body, there was a set of clothes next to the capsule I put them on. By this time I was used to the transformation but it was still a bit shocking, I got myself together and looked for the front entrance there was a rotating gate with a man standing in a ticketing box I went up to the box and asked him if I was at the front entrance he assured me I was so I waited, after not waiting long a man walked up to the gate and said,

"Hey, partner make it here alright?"

As everytime I saw him we were in different bodies I was a bit confused but I assumed it was him and said "Yeah the trip was alright, still a bit of a shock."

"You'll get used to it. Here follow me."

He gave the man at the ticket booth two tickets and we entered the market place, there were neon signs everywhere all saying something different weapons this way, directifiers that way and a lot of words I didn't understand.

Raggs said "Lets get you to the information booth so you can learn a thing or two."

We headed over to a old looking stall that had a robot out the front, the robot asked us some questions but the one that stood out was I'm new at all this. Raggs paid with his directifier and I walked into a room.

The room had a screen in it there were a few other people sitting around waiting for the show to start. There was a timer on the screen that was counting down. When the timer finished counting down a robot the same one from outside popped up on the screen and said,

"So you found a way to transmit your consciousness from place to place and you don't know what your doing. Here we will explain what you need to know to be successful. I'm assuming you have a directifier or you wouldn't be sitting here listening to me right now. We will go over it just to be thorough. Firstly we will talk about Omega, Omega is the drug you will used to transmit your conciouness and to be more intune, you will use a herb there are a few herbs you can use like leafyhollow, dragons den, shallow swomp these are the main ones everyone has there own mixture so I won't advice you on that but on the side of the Directifier there is a scanner which analyses your mixture and tells you how long it will last. The Directifier also has a address book which lists all the know locations, it is advised that you update your Directifier regularly because there are always new places popping up. This is done by simply clicking update in the settings menu."

The robot was darting back and forth on the screen showing various slides. After the introduction lesson was finished Raggs directed me to a little cabin inbetween all the stalls inside there was a bar set up and a shopkeep.

He looked at me and said "What do you need?"

I looked at him confused "What do you sell?"

He put his hand on the table and said, "Here we have got potions of every sort, just tell me what you are looking for and we can get started"

Raggs pulled me to the side "This place is like an underground pharmacy you can get anything on the market here. Don't insult the guy."
