You can't always control who walks into your life, but you can control which window you throw them out of.
Third person POV
"I can't find it." Y/n told her sister as they searched the classroom.
"Are you ten thousand percent sure you were in this room?" Acme asked as she checked under a desk.
"Yes, I'm sure." Y/n replied. "All might was seated there, and I was here, so can't be surer than that."
Acme groaned as she rechecked the same desk before getting a message from Ochaco asking her where she was.
"Welp, I'm done searching for the day I wanna see Ochaco." With that being said, Acme dashed out the classroom and headed straight to 1-A.
Leaving Y/n confused.
"Damn it." Y/n whispered as she failed to switch on her phone due to the fact that she didn't charge it last night.
Walking to 1-A, Y/n kept banging her phone onto her chest expecting something to happen.
"Hey, Acme?" Ochaco asked.
"Hm?" The distracted girl hummed back.
"Is there something wrong with your sister?" She cautioned-ly asked, afraid this could lead to a fight.
"Not that I know of." Acme answered as they both stared at Y/n entering the door banging her phone onto her chest.
"She seems like the opposite of you, you know."
"If you're talking quirks, then yes we do differ and if you're talking personality we differ even more, but I guess we do find the silver lining."
"Oh. Well changing subject, what's up with your neck?" After the word neck had been said Acme nearly jumped as she struggled to find an answer.
"W-well w-when I use my quirk, sometimes it takes a toll on my skin. Once I got a bruise on my arm that turned black because of how much I used my quirk. That's also another reason why I stick to twenty things per day." Acme lied. It hurt her to lie to Ochaco like this but she had no choice.
Y/n had finally taken a seat behind her sister as everyone talked and chittered. It was about thirty minutes before school started and all the early birds were talking.
Today was just like yesterday, nothing interesting had happened. The only thing that differed these days was the fact that Y/n wanted nothing more than to find those drugs and poison All might.
Her mind constantly raised to the fact that they would soon be wanted criminals. She didn't want that to happen, not to her sister.
'Acme is a very fragile soul' she thought to herself as she kept seeing herself behind bars.
"Excuse me." A voice called out behind her.
Y/n turned around to spot a boy with heterochromia eyes and a perfectly split red and white hair combination.
Having no words to come out at the moment, Y/n instead hummed a response.
"I don't know if it was you or your sister, but one of you dropped this when you bumped int-"
"Almost- it didn't happen, but it was close." Y/n cut him off with a correction of how the event played out.
"Regardless of how close or far, you dropped this, and I would like to return it." He pulled out a little sachet with a sticker of Endeavor digging his nose and handed it to the girl.
"Thank-you." The young girl said as she gently took it back, afraid that it might open. She tried to hide the excitement on her face, but it soon became a disappointment as once again she was reminded of her fate awaiting her this side.
