A week had passed. Y/n decided to move back to her aunt's house for a while because she felt safe to be there. She felt happy to be around her family that is always there for her. They always give her the love and support she needs. They are the only thing she has now and she wanted to appreciate this while it last.
Jay somehow would still show up at the house to meet her and even left flowers and letters. She didn't have enough courage to read the letter because it would only make it worse.
Every night, he tried to see her. Y/n would sometimes stand behind the door while Lily talked to him listening to their conversation. His voice, she missed it so much, sometimes she felt like getting out there to him and running unto his arm but she knew she couldn't. If Jay still has a feeling for Yeeun then this is their time to be together. She won't get in the way. She had enough of everything.
Things are still really hard for her as sometimes she will still cry, but she pushes it away by doing things that will get her busier. She would go out for a walk and take pictures of nature, the sky, and her surroundings. She found peace in doing that.
She would also sometimes listen to music and sing some of the songs. She bought a keyboard because she started to feel like learning it. Also, she started doing journals by looking at the ideas posted on Pinterest.
Slowly but surely, she believed that she too would regain her spark again.
She sat in the living room eating chips with her uncle while watching TV. Her aunt on the other hand was knitting. It was 11 in the morning when a doorbell suddenly rang.
"It's fine I'll go get it"
Her Imo said before walking to the doorstep and opening the door.
There stood a guy she had never seen before. A good-looking one too.
"Good day ma'am, I am sorry to disturb you. Is Y/n home?" the guy said trying to look inside.
"Good morning and I'm sorry who are you?" her Imo asked.
"Oh, I'm sorry for not introducing myself" he then bowed.
"My name is Jake. I am Y/n friend is she home?" he said with his sweet smile.
Her aunt can sense that he is indeed a good guy judging from his smile. "Just wait for a second okay?" she said before looking back at the door.
"Y/n your friend is here and he wishes to see you"
Y/n furrowed her eyebrows.
"Who?" she said with her mouth full of the chips.
"His name is Jake?"
Her eyes widened as she slowly stood up. She chewed her food quickly and wiped her hands. He made her way to her aunt and said.
