"U good?" Y/n said as she sipped her drink. He got her a lemon tea. They were now in the restaurant of the hotel again. Due to her winning, Jay has to give her favorite drinks for the whole week.
"It's not fair," Jay said sulking and still not over it. "I was so close to winning"
"Ever heard about the quotes so close yet so far? That is so you." She sipped back on her drink and finished as they had rested enough. They have to go check on the other things as well. This is more fun than they had expected. Y/n got up from her chair and that is next to Jay and said something to him.
"Also Sir Park, there are these words Stay Humble. Maybe you should practice that" She sarcastically said and Jay just moved his head.
To her surprise, her leg suddenly got stuck in her chair causing her to slip. Jay quickly got up and grabbed her by her waist and hugged her tightly. All the staff in the restaurant rushed to help them.
"Miss are you okay!?" One of the waiters came to them in a rush as he checked on them.
"It's okay, I got her, thank you," Jay said looking at the waiter before telling the other staff the same thing.
"Everyone just get back to work" Jay added while his hand still holding on to her tightly.
Y/n on the other hand was so shocked at what just happened. She felt like her soul almost left her body. She was about to fall just now but luckily Jay was quick to catch her. She was now caught up on his chest while back facing him.
She looked down at her waist and saw Jay's hand wrapped around her. Her eyes widened and quickly removed herself from him.
"Are you alright?" His voice was full of concern while asking at her.
She nods her head. She patted her pants and tried to act normal.
"Can you stand?" He asks again checking up on her.
Y/n nodded her head again and did not even bother to look at Jay as she was so embarrassed. Not to mention that Jay caught her straight into his embrace, and she thought that by mistake maybe even her heart fell for him.
Jay can't help but let a laugh. He covered his mouth and looked at her after stopping. He leaned in closer to her face causing Y/n to widen her eyes. She held her heart as it was starting to beat so fast.
"Miss Lee, there are these words. Be Careful, maybe you should practice that too"
He then made his way out of the restaurant.
Y/n was just there frozen in her position. What just happened? She can't believe that it just happened. Jay's face was so close to hers. Now her heart can't stop beating faster. She tapped her chest a few times. "Calm down you silly heart".
