The early afternoon was when Ashlyn decided to head back home. She had just started the trek when she saw Sam riding a pink bike, it looked like Judy's bike. He flipped over onto his back but got back up again just as quickly. He kept looking back like he was being followed. Ashlyn cursed again when she lost sight for the second time, but luckily it was easy to spot a bright pink bike. He was headed towards the freeway for whatever reason. While there were some places he could hide, why was the idiot going so far? He should have gone for help or into one of the fast-food places! She knew she saw a police car a while back, so he should have, too. Then again, it was Sam. He was prone to getting into trouble, and, of course, it'd be up to her to get him out while she was here.

As luck would have it, she came up near one of the abandoned lots underneath a ramp and heard the echoes of his familiar scream. She crept through the aisles of scrapped cars until she could see Sam. "Are you username Ladiesman217?!" The question was weird enough, but the fact it came from a familiar robot towering over her cousin it made sense. "Where is the eBay item 21153?! Where are the glasses?!" it roared, its fanged features coming closer to Sam as it slammed on the car again. Something clicked, even though she knew nothing about what it was ranting about, she knew that the thing would hurt Sam until it got the answer it wanted. She was not going to have any of that and did the stupidest thing she has ever done in her life.

She threw what she could at it. Bolts, rocks, a few pieces of scrap metal. "Back the fuck off you overgrown tin-can!" The robot's red eyes flashed as it turned towards her, a low rumble escaping its throat—if it had one. "This is gonna be fun." Ashlyn talks to herself, a determined look on her face. She then sees that Sam has not moved from his spot onto of the now crushed car. "Run, you dumbass!" She yelled at him, taking off at a dead sprint as the robot came charging at her. She ignored Sam's cries as she dodged around a car. She knew the robot was after her by the heavy thuds of its feet and the crunch of metal. That left her with the problem of the robot now. The scrap yard was a maze, and she couldn't remember what turns she made to come in. She didn't dare look back as she weaved around cars and junk, all the while thanking the endurance and speed her training gave her and praying that she makes it out of this. Unfortunately, her prospects looked incredibly grim as a car flew over her head. "Shit!" Ashlyn cried out, sliding on the ground as she drastically altered her course. The robot almost struck her then, but by sheer luck its claws missed her, and she kept running. She knew she couldn't last forever; she needed to find a way to ditch the robot. Another car flew over her, but this time it didn't entirely miss. Her arms had flown up to shield her face, and a piece of the car managed to catch it, slicing through the flesh of her forearm. Pain erupted through her as she fell, tumbling from the force of the impact. She rolled to her back with the robot already within range. Panicked, she searched for a weapon and found a broken pole. She grabbed it without thinking as the robot slammed its clawed fingers into the ground beside her.

"Hold on, Ashlyn!" Ashlyn faintly heard someone shout.

"You should learn not to taunt dangerous Decepticons, little fleshling!" It growled in her face.

"And you should learn what this little fleshling could do!" Was all she yelled and shoved the pole just beneath the robot's jaw, into exposed cables. The robot roared as it lurched back, reaching up the rip the pole from its chin, but is blown back by a cannon blast. It groaned in pain. Ashlyn's head whips in the direction the blast came from. A slender Pink and black robot stood in that direction

"Good guy?" Ashlyn questions.

"Yep." The robot transforms into a motorcycle. "Questions later, we got to go before Barricade gets back up."

"Oh my God, Ashlyn! Your arm!" Sam cried at the sight of the red covering her arm. It hurt so bad but other things needed attention first. Sam and a female got into the Camaro and took off. Ashlyn and Chromia followed. Light was fading fast and that was good for them. They could use the night as cover for the humans while the alien robots took care of the evil alien robot.
