I like to think I'll be okay
But I'm notAnxiety feels like I'm being suffocated
In a pit in my own head
The mess I'm in I want it to stop
It's like a thunderstorm in my head
Everything is dark and gloomy
But at the same time a lot is going on
The news papers flying around and will never stop
Until the storm stopsWhich it won't I know it won't
The news papers aren't just papers it's the worries
What is going to go wrong today?
Are they laughing at me?
They're looking at me aren't they?
Are you okay?
Have I annoyed you?
Have I offended you?
Have I upset you?
Oh I'm sorry please don't fall out with me
Please let me make it up to youI've not done anything wrong
Nothing bad happened
So why am I worrying
It won't stop until I sleep that's when the thunderstorm stops the fears and anxiety
Switches offDon't overthink it
Stop worrying
Your so sensitive
Cheer up will youWhy didn't I think of that?
I'll just stop overthinking and worrying
I'd love to do that but I can'tThe storm gets stronger and stronger until it takes over me, my own mind
Panic mode activated
A pink tablet of propanalol will keep the storm at bay right?
