My name is Grace Dominguez. I thought this is what I wanted, yet I still don't know where I am headed. -~*~- This book of poems is for those who thought they had it all planned out and yet are still undecided about what path they want to take. Emotions you feel. Thoughts are just thoughts until they become real. And the worst of what you've felt is what you wait to reveal.

OK- so I have decided to make my long as f**k poems into separate books for each *for easier reading* This one is a poet's anguish over the hypocrisy between loving Nature and using Nature. Quite deep in parts. Hope you like! :-) *also- this is one my older ones, so probably crap in some parts*

Poetry has been a part of my life since I was in middle school as a way for me to express my emotions. I have written poems on different themes that come in the moment of instant inspiration. I have entered my poetry into Sheboygan North High School's Distant Thunder Magazine, and continued to enter them in St.Norbert College's literary magazine called Graphos every semester (save one). Join me as I continue to evolve my poems even further. Note: All of my poems are not to be plagiarized in any way or form nor used in another author's work without my consent.

Man is for man - this is an old slogan today. It has lost its uniqueness for the cause of self-centred mentality. Now we cannot hear the chorus songs of unity. Rather the sound of cacophony always do disturb our hearing organ by imposing acute disparity. We don't fly the flag of harmony, uncompromising corrupted selfish hands try to disconnect the rope of the flying flag to take undue advantage. Human being lacks of humane quality. Strangulation of faith is seen here and there. We are losing hope day by day. The act of deflowering is an art. The dignity of woman is mercilessly crushing under the wheel of gender inequality. Filial piety sinks into the ocean of disbelief. Every moment we do feel pangs of neglect sitting under a torn umbrella. This is an epic poem that tells the tale of Aviana - the middle sister in her family of five who is diagnosed with cancer at just six years of age. It will be a raw telling of how terminal illness wreaks havoc in the lives of those touched by it when the victim is a child.

The first several poems were actually part of an English test when the pandemic started, but eventually evolved into a form of me venting how I've been feeling. These poems will show a lot of emotion, sadness, anger, love, etc. Also all will contain LGBT content, Which I know a lot of people will love.

the more you paint, the more you become colorful. the blues and the reds, the magentas and the yellows, you think they'd stay beautiful, but when time goes by, it can become more black. poems made over the course of a couple years, some have the dates, some don't. I've published this before but I've completely renovated it and changed the name, enjoy again if you've read before ❤️
