When I woke up, everything was...blurry! I could see blurs! I was so happy. One of the nurses walked in. "Hello," she said sweetly. "Im Brooke, your nurse." "Hello Brooke, my nurse." I said. She smiled. That's the thing with blind people, we can just tell what someone is doing or feeling. "What's going on?" I asked. "Your vision's coming back." she said. She took out my IV, and lead me to her room. When I opened the door, I saw Faith at the counter...and a lifeless shape lying on the bed. "Emily." I said. I ran to the bedside. "What happened to you?" I began to cry. I needed to keep her alive. I needed to se her face. I swallowed hard. "The doctor said my vision's coming back. I'll be able to see color again." I smiled. "I can see red and blue...and you." "Time to go now." Faith said. I bent down, kissed her, and whispered, "I love you."
