5 Years Later:

I know what your waiting to read.

Your waiting to read a cliche ending about a girl who found her love in her boy who was amazing, hot, and honest.

And right about now, we should be making out, as all of our problems have somehow solved themselves.

If that's what you still want...then I don't know why you're still here.

My name is Emily B. Harthwan, and I am a normal, every day 21 year old. And I hoped you all liked the plot twist. My story ends after the rain.

It was raining earlier that day. The water hitting the roof like bullets. But now, it was a comforting noise, even if I did get sad from time to time, I had Charlie now. The two of us went out after the rain, holding hands. We were quiet, but I think I knew what he was thinking about. He was thinking about how a little over 5 years ago, the two of us were walking down this street, with me as his guide, and him holding on to me.
"So where do you want to go?" He asked.
I thought for a minute, then smiled and said, "Follow me."

"You lied to me."
I had taken him to the park we went to before "the accident" happened, and we hadn't been there since. We were sitting on the swings again, holding hands.
"What?" I asked. "When did I lie to you?"
He moved his leg slightly to show me the seat of the swing. "You told me the swing was red. It looks to me more like a faded pink."
He looked up at me and I rolled my eyes. We sat in silence for a little longer before I decided to ask. "Do you remember what happened here?"
"How could I forget?" He responded, staring into space. "You saved my life."
"Huh?" I asked.
He looked at me with his eyes-my brothers eyes-and said. "Emily B. Harthwan, the minute I met you, I knew you were different that any of my other friends. I think it was fate that my baseball went over your fence." The wind began to blow and his hair waved elegantly with it. "If it wasn't for you, I might still be...blind." He always shuttered at that word. "But now, I can see the world in color and it's been an amazing journey Emily," he got off his swing and got down on one knee, "And I want to share the rest of it with you."

Okay, so maybe this story is a bit cliché after all.

In that case, you can guess what my answer was.
