Bill's POV

I woke up and saw a light bulb flickering Infront of me. Again? I tried to getting up but I felt my head hurt.

I groaned out of the discomfort I'm feeling and sighed, my eyes now fully opened but with confusion.

My eyes scanned the room but found no one with me. What the hell happened? Why does my head hurt?
Why am I feeling something I'm not particularly fond of..

The door suddenly opened, erasing my thoughts. "Oh my god, bill! Hey!"
She said excitedly because I was awake but a hint of worry because of course -- I'm in a hospital.

She placed down two coffees in the counter and went over to me and pecked me on the lips, softly. I missed her even if it has only been a day.

"Are you alright?" She said carefully with her hand caressing my face.

"Yeah. Very." I smiled at her but she didn't seem to have a smile plastered in her face which got me confused.

She sighed before speaking. "What happened out there, bill?" She rubbed my arm.

Her tone was so worried which made me feel bad for not telling her where I was yesterday. God! I just didn't want Miguel to tell Laurie to stay away from me -- I didn't want that at all.

"I'm sorry." I spoke apologetically.
She shook her head. "Don't say sorry, just don't do that ever again. If something happens to you again -- you know I'll make it my fault, bill." She lectured me.

I nodded while she pulled me in for a hug as she sat down the bed. "I love you and I'll make it up to you." I said.

She chuckled and held my hand. "You don't need to make it up for me, bill. But you can do one thing; never leave my sight."

I raised my one eyebrow, thinking that she said something about being dirty. She furrowed her eyebrows because of the expression on my face and began to realize.

"No, bill! Not that way!" She slapped my arm. "Awh, I thought it was gonna be dirty.." I pouted.

"No. You are not getting lucky while you're still not fine." She said firmly making me laugh. "Then how did I get lucky yesterday?" I said starting to get closer to her face.

"Well, you lied about being fine so, your days of being lucky are gonna be extended." She got up while I was about to kiss her.

"Hey!" I gasped, frowning. "I'm gonna go get a soda, I'll be right back up." She gave me a faint smile and I gave her one back before she could head out.

I laid back down the bed and started to rest because my body has been aching and my head hurts recently.

As I was about to drift off to sleep, i heard a knock on the door. I could tell it wasn't Laurie, she doesn't knock.

"It's open." I said. The door opened, but slowly and to my surprise, I saw the last man I wanted to see.

"Miguel."

"Hey..." He spoke in nearly a whisper.
...look man, I'm sorry. Let's just forg --"
"No. I talk first." I cut him off, bluntly.
"Right! Of course." He pursed his lips with a remorseful look in his face.

"What the hell did you put in my body, Miguel." I uttered harshly. He squinted his eyes and looked away. Like he was trying to think of an excuse.

"Don't fucking lie, Miguel." I got out of the covers and stood up, with fear in his eyes. He knows I throw a hard punch.

"I-it was nothing, man --" "Bullshit!"
I slammed my fist in the table, my eyes wide in anger causing him to back away.

"Hey! I'm ba --" Lor said in an enthusiasm tone but quickly faded away as soon as she saw me with pure anger and Miguel's eyes with fear.
