6. Whitebeard Pirate

Third View POV:

Some times later, all the crew members return back to the Moby Dick. They saw Marco was with a silver hair girl.

"Hey Marco, what are doing with a little girl." A tall man with a light brown pompadour hairstyle which went to a point at the back of his head said.

"Thatch, this girl just now was try to attack me."

The girl struggle and said, "I just try to shoot down the weird blue flame thing. I didn't know it was you."

The blonde man raised on of his eyebrows, looks skeptical with the answer.

Terenes POV:

Now I'm still pinned down at the floor by the man I believed is Marco, the 1st devision commander of the Whitebeard.

Suddenly I heard a loud voice coming from the island, "Tres, where are you? Answer me!"

"I'm here!" I yelled back. I believe is aunt Jane looking for me.

After a while, the old lady appeared at the entrance, "Oh dear, what did you do to the Whitebeard Pirate?"

"Nothing, just some misunderstanding."

"Hey aunt Jane, You know this girl here?" Marco asked.

"Yes, she is new here and helping me at the shop as a cashier in temporary."

After he make sure I didn't lied to him, he let me go.
"Sorry 'bout shooting you." I said while standing and dusted off my clothes.

"Gurarara, you're fascinating girl. Say, do you want to become my daughter?" Suddenly the enormous old man with white mustache said.

So he is giving me the offer of becoming one of his family.

"Sadly I guess I will declined it. I had admit a red hair as my dad." Referring to Shanks.

"That's red hair brat?! Pops is better than him." Marco said. I guess he is right, what will a father be someone who always asked you drink with him and everyday held a party to celebrate.

"Anyway, I had to go back and help aunt Jane at the bakery shop. See you guys later." Then I activated my devil fruit and carried aunt Jane back to the bakery. I don't want her to walk back herself, it's too dangerous for an old lady.

After we arrived at the bakery, aunt Jane speak to me, "Tres, you actually can stay with them you know. It good to take a rest sometime. You had help a lot."

"Nah I'm good."

"You did remember after this month, you will leave the island right? Why don't you stay with them?"

I thought to myself silently, she is right. If I stay with Whitebeard for awhile, I can asked them to train me before I continued my journey on the sea. But I already declined their offer, wouldn't it weird if I ask them to let me join them again?

At that night, I went out to meet with the Whitebeard Pirate again. Luckily they haven't gone yet.

"Hey Tres, you need anything?" Thatch waved for me.

"Actually I have something want to discuss with your pops."

"Come, let me lead you to him." Then I followed behind Thatch and come to the front deck.

"Pops, Tres said she had something want to discuss with you."

"Oh what it is young girl?" He said while sipping his booze.

"I know I'm kinda rude after declined your offer but may I join the crew temporary? Because I want to train myself become stronger to continue my journey. I will do anything I can while I stay with you."

Whitebeard glared at me for some moment, then said to other, "Alright guys! We have a younger sister among us! Make sure you all take good care of her!"

"Sure pops!"

I felt surprised and asked Whitebeard, "So does the mean... I'm one of you now?"

"Of course! Let's welcome our new family member!"

And all of them start preparing for the welcome party for me. I guess this is the life of pirate. "Oh before I forget, can I said my farewell to the people here?"

"Sure. Marco you go and accompany her. It's too dangerous for a young girl walk by herself at night."

"Count on me." He hold my hand without hesitation and lead me to the bakery first. I can feel my face turned red and a blush spread across my cheeks at this sudden action. I never hold hands with someone else besides my parents.

Maybe he thinks it is normal to hold the hands like we are ordinary siblings and only me thinking this is weird.

"Hey Tres, are you listening to me? Your ears are red."

Gosh my damn ear. "Sorry can you say again? Just now I was thinking the weather is cold." I chuckled, felt embarrassed about myself.

"I said who else do you want to meet beside aunt Jane?"

"Oh, I would like to meet Dav and Marrie. They are the first people that guide me in this island."

We meet most of the people around the island. Some children even grab my shirt, don't want to let me go.

Marco POV:

When Tres still speaking with other, David suddenly pulled me to other place and whispered to my ear, "Hey Marco, did you get Tres already?" He smirked evilly.

"What?! No! She is now one of our family. She is our sister!" I quickly said.

"Oh~~because just now I saw you holding her hand so I thought maybe you two have something~~" David still smirked.

"Enough of your dirty thought." Then I walked toward Tres, "Come on Tres, we need to go now. The party is about to start."

"Coming." She waved at the them one last time before coming to me. "Let's go."

I walked in front of Tres and recalled what I do just now and suddenly felt embarrassed myself. 'What was Dav think, I just think maybe we can walk faster if I hold her hand because she looks so small.'

I hope she think it is normal. Maybe she think it is something like sibling interaction.

After we returned to Moby Dick, the kimono man, Izo said, "Hey what took you two so long? The guys already start eating."

"Sorry the children won't let me go." Tres answered him.

"Come get your food before someone eat it." Then Tres walked beside Izo to the kitchen. I slowly followed behind them.

A/N
I know Marco is older than Terenes very very much but I don't care the age. I want to pretend all their ages are similar. (So don't call the FBI)

And one thing about Terenes carried aunt Jane returned to the bakery shop. I never thought to add this part but I still write it. Because it make me think of my grandma. She also very old and sometimes she will fell down when she is alone, it is sad every time I help her bandage the injured but she always told me she is fine.
