Mabel's POV

"No way!" Gideon took a short step back, his eyes wide with fear. Perfect. "Well, then I suppose we'll have to do this the hard way. Brother?" I waved my hand to my brother casually. He placed his hand on the amulet on his suit, creating a blue aura around the pendant and Dipper's hand. Everything was going according to plan. We quietly kill Gideon, take his journal, and blame the whole thing on an accidental fall off the factory roof. Whoops. A row of knives stood in front of Dipper, pointed toward where Gideon and I were. I stepped out of the way. "Brother, if you'd be so kind as to let me do the honors?" Dipper nodded his head a bit, and adjusted the position of his hand on the amulet. I touched my hand to my own amulet on my headband. Just a delicate twitch of the finger could finish this once and for all. My brother stood up and headed towards us as I took over the aura of the knives. I made most of them drop to the ground, except one, my personal favorite. A thin blade, still faintly stained with blood. The handle was deep red, with a dragon head at the bottom. Best of all, it had my name engraved on it in flowing cursive, colored with a fiery orange. Dipper approached us, just within a few steps from where I could see the mischievous glint in his eye that I haven't seen in a while. "We assure you, it's nothing personal. Now if you would be so kind as to hold still? It would make our job oh so much easier."
I grinned evilly, and cornered Gideon against the wall, just a few inches from his face. "I'll try and make it short and sweet," I purred, then furiously kissed him, just because I could. After about five seconds, Gideon showed signs of struggle, but I just pulled him closer. When I finally let go, there was a new flame in my eyes. "I told you, Gideon, nothing goes by in this town without our knowledge." I faced him, pure dread and fear alight in his eyes. Again, I was inches from his face, one of my arms against the wall he was leaning on. I held the knife to his throat, getting ready to twitch it in a way that would end the twerp's life. But then, in the worst possible moment, the little brat's sister burst through the door.
"What?!" My brother shouted in surprise.
"I knew there was something weird about you!" She screamed, and came storming through, kicking the knife out of my hand. "Why, you little-" I was interrupted by a new, pink aura surrounding the knives. The aura flung them out of the window, into the woods. "What?! How?" I said, startled. Suddenly I saw the girl floating up, surrounded by the pink aura "I-what? It's you!" Pacifica looked around, and raised her eyebrows in fear. She dropped to the ground, and I came racing towards her, and tackled her, breaking the windows and flinging us into the woods. I hit the ground with a thud, Pacifica on top of me. She pulled my hair, then I realized I was stronger than her. I pulled her down below me, an gave her a good punch to the face. She pulled my hair again, and my headband fell out. I gasped, and desperately got off of her to retrieve my amulet. "I'll be back! This isn't the last you've seen of me!" I ran off into the safety of the blankets of trees that made up the woods.

I had a pounding headache, and was wondering why. "Oh. It's probably Dipper sending me messages," I thought. I tapped my amulet, and it glowed for an instant before I felt Dipper's message to me play in my mind. "Where are you? Did you get out? Is your amulet okay?"
I mentally sent him a message: "I'm in the woods, I have my amulet."
"Good. So am I. I'll meet you in the clearing."
I tapped my amulet again, and once again it glowed. About another half hour of walking led me to the clearing, where my brother was waiting. We walked wordlessly back to our house, and went to our rooms. I checked my teal alarm clock. 6:18 AM. We were up all night. Dipper opened his nightstand, revealing an open book. He smiled. He took it out and put it on his desk. "We'll show them, won't we sister?" I smiled in agreement. We will get those brats back. I looked at the picture of Gideon and Pacifica we had hanging on our dart board. I touched my amulet, and the picture was burnt to a crisp.
Because no one messes with a Gleeful and gets away with it.
Dipper shut his book, revealing a golden six-fingered handprint with the number two on it.
No one.

Annnnnd, that's the end of this book! Didn't expect Pacifica to have powers, did ya? DID YA? Yes, I referenced a piece of fanart for one of the Gleeful's quotes. So sue me. I also based the ending of this book off an amazing RF fanfiction I read, but I can't remember which one it was! Tell me if you know. Comment if you'd like a sequel to this story!
