How It Kept Going

I couldn't even remember what time I fell asleep. What I do know is that I woke up with a smile on my face.  Back home, my friends were also my exes friends.  Mainly because we all grew up together.  This was different.  Harry was my friend.  Now, after last night, I hope I get to know Sebastian and Chace a little better too.

I couldn't remember the last time I laughed so much.  Honestly, I couldn't ever remember having as much in common with someone as I do with Sebastian. We had a lot of the same interests and he was so easy to talk to.  It didn't hurt that he was absolutely gorgeous and I kind of course I already knew him from his roles, but had seen some of his interviews too. He seemed bashful on some talk shows, but I could tell when he was really interested in something he was talking about because he'd become more animated.

Chace and Harry ended up running to the store at some point for more beer, but Seb and I stayed and talked while sitting on the fire escape.  Apparently that was their version of a balcony.  It was a nice night, and there were people still out and about walking.  Of course I could hear sirens or cars, and people talking. You couldn't see the stars as well here as at home, but there were lots of other lights to look at.

Sebastian had alot of similar tastes as me. We found out that we both enjoyed different varieties of music, he liked art and paintings like me, and loved to read.  He wasn't bashful in talking about his flaws and even made fun of himself. His laugh was infectious. There was a sort of giggle to it when he really laughed hard. The wrinkles on the sides of his eyes were adorable and showed more when he'd crinkle his nose. Overall, I knew it was just one night so far, but he was so easy to be around.

Harry and Chace got back without us knowing, and didn't even let us know. When Sebastian and I came back in, the two of them were sitting on the sofa with goofy grins on their faces. I let Seb speak first. "When did you guys get back?"

Harry laughed. "We've been back, but don't let us get in the way of the nice chat the two of you have been having."

I picked up the pillow from the chair I was about to sit in and threw it at Harry. He gave me an apologetic smile before turning on a movie that we all wanted to watch.

Suddenly, I jolted straight up. I don't even remember coming to my bed. What I do remember is talking and laughing and having fun. I also remember looking over and seeing Chace nodding off. Harry covered him in a blanket and we laughed at how innocent he looked when he slept.

Rubbing my eyes, I sat up and stretched. I could hear talking down the hall so I decided to get up and see who else was here. Stopping by the bathroom first, I brushed my hair and teeth before making my way towards the sound. Harry greeted me with a hug. "Good morning sleepy head, nice of you to join us!"

Chace laughed and beside him, Sebastian ducked his head with a shy smile and took another bite of a muffin one of them had gone out and picked up.

"How'd I get in bed?  I don't even remember falling asleep.  Did yall stay here last night?"

Harry laughed with a mouthful, so Sebastian answered.  "I was the last man standing.  We started that bad movie, Harry nodded off, then you.  Once your head hit my shoulder, I carried you to your room and us guys stayed in here because I wasn't about to lug Harry to his room."

"I'm so sorry.  I can't believe I fell asleep your shoulder the day I met you.  That's embarrassing."

"Come on, it's not.  I mean, in your defense, you kind of just tipped over from where you were sitting.  It's not like you leaned over and fell asleep."
