1882, London

I fidget with the hem of the dress in a fit of nervousness. Slight bumps startled the carriage through the streets of London. I can hear children playing at the sides of the concrete road, mothers ushering their children, and men chattering about with a smile. All in all, it's relatively peaceful. The sight momentarily relieved my apprehensions before a deep voice interrupted the silence.

"Miss (Y/N), your dress will get crumpled if you continue to fidget." The man who is sitting in front of me prompts, casting me a side-glance my way. I nervously smiled back, instantly relaxing my grip. It feels like I have been caught doing something illegal whenever Mycroft Holmes looks at me, or is it his natural face? My train of thought quickly broke again when I heard a light-hearted laugh beside me.

"Aw~ Are you that nervous? It's just dinner!" Billy quips with a chuckle. Just hearing his teasing remarks makes me forget my concerns about the upcoming dinner at Moriarty's house at once.

"Hush! It's just..." I cleared my own throat before continuing. "It will be our first time meeting with Sir William's family! Well-" I quickly look back at Mycroft with an apologetic look. "-... Billy and I's first meeting, since Sir Mycroft here already met them, I assume?" The man only nodded.

"I already practiced on how to properly pick up a spoon and fork, proper posture, and the other fancy things. What if I somehow fuck it all up?" I groan out, propping up my elbow to the edges of the carriage window to rest my head on my hand. Billy snickered.

"Language." Mycroft said with a sigh. I let out a little 'sorry' before Billy continued the discussion.

"It's clear that you're overthinking again, (Y/N). Relax a little~" Billy lightly elbowed the shoulder pads of my dress, which I might say, not the kind of dress I'm used to. "I'm sure they'll like you. You're the one who saved William and Ponytail after all!" He grinned.

I side-glance at the two men again. I sighed of what it felt like the umpteenth time. "I suppose you're right. It's just dinner with the Moriarty's, what could possibly go wrong?"

'Oh god, oh fuck, oh god,oh fuck, oh god,oh fuck, oh god,oh fuck, oh god,oh-'

Seeing the building is another thing, but walking up to it to meet the people inside is another thing entirely. I mentally listed the names of the people in my head, double-checking if I still remember. I trailed behind Billy and Mycroft as the girl with the glasses- 'Holy shit it's Miss Moneypenny. It's been a while since I've seen her.' -announced our arrival.

"Hello, sorry to keep everyone waiting~!" Looks like Billy is the first one to introduce himself. I stood between Mycroft and Billy as I shyly rubbed the sleeves of my dress. I look up at the person in front of us. Tall, blonde, red eyes but has a scar on the right side of his face. 'That's motherfucking Louis!'

"No worries, you're right on time." A silky voice emits from the man. He looks... cuter than in the anime AND the manga now that I took a good look at him. I can clearly tell that he is related to William. 'Damn, what's it like having good genes?' He smiled as he extended a hand for a handshake for the both of us.

"Pleased to meet you, Mr. Henry Antrim and Miss (Y/N) Faith." I instinctively look at his gloved hand, not sure if I should shake it first or not.
