06 | Chapter Six.

Chapter Six, I kiss you.

As we got into the minivan, rather than Nick, Matt and Chris being sat into their assigned seats like they usually do during their normal car videos, I was surprised to feel Chris sat in the back with me. Nick was sat in the front, with Matt still in the drivers seat as usual. 

Chris didn't take his arm off me that was wrapped around his shoulder and all I could do is fall asleep in his arms, but I knew I couldn't because we was about to film.

Matt started driving to a well-known parking lot that was suitable for filming and after a few minutes we finally made it. 

Whilst Chris was in the back with me, I could feel him rubbing his thumb up and down the top of my shoulder in a mesmerizing rhythm that made me even sleepier than before. 

I struggled to keep my eyes open as I snuggled further into him, allowing the peaceful, cosy feeling of his embrace to swallow me up in its warmth.

"Nick, can you go out and check the camera?" Matt says as he puts his hands through his hair after parking. 

Nick nods and proceeds to get out the minivan to check the camera. After a few seconds, Nick put his thumbs up to show we were all good to record. 

All I did was snuggle my head further into Chris's shoulder as the tension from my nausea began to build up again, but I didn't say anything this time.

Once the camera was set-up and ready to go, Matt and Nick took their places in front of it, while I and Chris sat at the back. 

As we waited for the camera to start rolling, I glanced up at Chris and noticed how he had a gentle smile on his lips, seemingly aware of how excruciatingly dangerous it was to be near me with the camera. 

We were both aware of this and the risk we were taking, but it all somehow seemed worth it, like nothing else mattered.

We decided the topic of the car video was gonna be 'They're a ten but' and Nick and Matt turned to look at me in the back of the car. 

I leaned forward out of Chris's grip but his hand still rested on my back and he brushed his finger in circles, which made me struggle to concentrate.

"Tia," Nick said, "They're a ten but they're really good with animals and kids" I took a glance back at Chris and just laughed before looking back at Nick and saying, 

"Still a ten". I shrugged my shoulders.

"Fair enough," Matt said, turning back to his phone. 

Chris leaned forward and smiled at me, so I smiled back and tried to hide the blush that was appearing on my face. 

We asked questions back and forth, until there was a gust of wind that blew through the car, sending shivers down my spine and giving me goosebumps.

At this point, I was freezing midway through filming but kept it to myself until Chris nudged me and whispered in my ear. 

"Are you cold? Do you want my hoodie? I have a shirt on underneath and I'm hot anyways so you can have it."

I hesitantly nodded and Chris pulled the hoodie he had on off and I let out an accidental gasp as his shirt he had on lifted up just slightly and I saw the most attractive sight ever. 

He looked so fine but I quickly looked away, trying my best to hide my blush. Chris just smirked and passed the hoodie to me,

"Thanks," I said, wrapping the hood up around me as it was oversized but still so comfy.
