My irangel character Cole makes this sharlotka apple cake in Chapter 2 ~ The Irangel Life, in the story The Unshadowed.
My sister gave me this recipe and it is one of my favorite cakes to make. Simple, easy, and delicious! Just four ingredients.

🍎✨ Cole's Sharlotka
Apple Cake Recipe ✨🍎
✨ Ingredients ✨
~ 3 eggs
~ 1 cup sugar
~ 1 cup flour
~ 4 apples
✨ Instructions ✨
1. Wash, peel, and dice the apples into pieces.
2. Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar until it is 3x in volume.
3. Fold in flour slowly. Be gentle with the dough to stay fluffy and not overmix.
4. Lay out the diced apples on the bottom of a 9 inch pan. Cover the apples with cake batter. Shake the pan a little to evenly spread the cake batter.
5. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.

Like Cole, I like to add vanilla. Just makes it smell so good.
