Dead. Anders should be fucking dead. That bastard didn't deserve to breathe anymore as far as Kane was concerned. But now Kane was the fucking Supreme Inherit, which meant that he could no longer make decisions that involved murdering a brother without thinking about all of the repercussions. He was really starting to hate his life.

Once they were all in the room, Xander shut the door quietly. The room was completely and utterly silent except for the quiet sounds of Finley crying. The sound whetted Kane's rage like nothing else ever had before. He kept his breathing as even as he could though. Getting angry right now wasn't going to help anything.

Xander led Finley to the soft leather couch that sat in the middle of the room. Finley lowered herself onto the couch, her eyes burning with rage and humiliation. It was enough to make Kane want to burn the world to the ground. He would start with Anders and he would take his damn time.

"Are you alright, Fin?" Miles as gently, wringing his hands in the corner of the room. His eyes were full of compassion though. It cracked Kane's armor slightly.

Finley shuddered, small sobs wracking her body, preventing her from answering. She spoke softly, "I'm okay, Miles. I promise."

Warren moved so that his body blocked the door. Kane knew that it was in case someone came to knock that they didn't want seeing them like this, broken and torn apart. Xander stayed by Finley's side, not moving away from her. Sloan kept watching her in a way that made it seem like he was afraid that if he took his eyes off of her, she would vanish. Raynar was turned away from them all, staring out the window.

"What do you want me to do with Anders?" Kane asked Finley. She looked up at him and the pain in her eyes crushed him. Her sadness completely and utterly crushed him.

Finley shook her head at him. "I don't care what you do with him. I'm done with him."

The crack in her voice made Kane want to crumple. Instead he stood up straighter and crossed his arms over his chest. He turned to the rest of his pack and asked them carefully, "What do you want me to do with Anders?"

Sloan spat out of the corner of his mouth before he said, "I want his head on a fucking platter."

Raynar nodded absentmindedly and Warren stiffened where he stood by the door. Neither one of them spoke though. Instead it was Miles who said with quiet fury, "I want to watch one of us separate it from his body."

Everyone looked shocked. Kane tried not to let his surprise show, one of them had to keep their emotions under control. He gazed evenly at Miles, waiting for him to take his words back. He didn't though. Miles just stared at Kane, waiting for Kane to give the order. Kane wouldn't, though. He couldn't.

"No one is killing Anders!" Finley shrieked. "Anders is a piece of shit, but he doesn't deserve to die."

"He's never going to stop, Fin!" Miles hurled the words back at Fin. "We have to do something!"

Fin rose to her feet and stared Miles down. Power roiled through the small room and every single one of them felt it. Except for Fin. She seemed completely unaware of the sheer dominance that she was wielding. It even rocked Kane to his core. It didn't wash over him like everyone else's dominance did. Kane decided that he wasn't going to think about that fact for too long, especially not right now.

When Fin spoke, she had everyone's attention. They quite literally could not look away. She wouldn't let them, whether or not she knew it. She said to her enraptured audience, "We will do something about it. But we're not going to kill him. We'll find another way. You're the smartest one of us, Miles. So think of another way."
