When the sun rose, Margot hesitated to get out of bed at first. The time had come to make the journey back to Miniel. If it weren't for the fact that she would have the princess and her trusted knights waiting for her, Margot might've taken her time to get ready.

But she was the one escorting them to their designation. What kind of escort would she be if she wasn't ready to guide them when they were prepared to depart?

Margot willed herself to get out of bed, get dressed and prepare all the belongings she brought with her. Right before she stepped out of the guest room, she took one last longing glance at her temporary resting place. Hopefully, one of these days she could return to this room. Margot took a breath and left the room, closing the door behind her.

When Margot walked to the throne room, where Princess Zelda has requested to meet her when they were ready to depart for their journey. Along with the young princess, the Captain of the Guard stood beside her.

Zelda smiled when she saw Margot approaching. "Good morning, Lady Margot. Are you ready?"

"Yes, Your Highness," Margot answered. "I have everything I brought prepared."

The Captain of the Guard stepped forward to greet the two nobles. "The boys should be on their way any minute now," he informed the princess. "And I'm sure Wolf and Ghost will be here shortly as well."

"Then we'll meet them at the castle gates." Zelda said before linking her arm with Margot's and walking towards the exit. Margot smiled and held onto her as they walked.

"I have to say, I'm quite excited to go on this journey." the Hylian princess admitted. "It's not often I get to leave the castle, let alone the kingdom."

"I'm excited as well." Margot said with a smile. She was glad that there was one thing that she had in common with Zelda. It would make getting to know her a lot better. "So many new sights to see."

"Green mentioned that you were transported to the outskirts of our kingdom rather than making the trip on foot." Zelda noted. "Are you going to take pictures along the way?"

Once again, Margot was met with another idea that she hadn't thought of. Documenting everything she seen along the way would be a good way to make the most out of this little journey. Not to mention the sights they would see on the way to Miniel would be new to her.

'There's still plenty of time before I'm actually back in Miniel.' she thought. 'As long as I don't think about it as getting closer to home, then the journey there will be just as fun.'

Margot then nodded her head, smiling. "Yes, I think I'll do just that."

When the two nobles step out into the sunlight, they were greeted with the sight of a carriage waiting for them. Surrounding that carriage were several other horses, standing still and waiting. Margot assumed it was for the knights and their apprentices to ride.

It only took a few moments for Wolf and Ghost to appear, walking through the gates.

"You two are here early." Zelda said as they approached.

Ghost simply shrugged in response. "Better than late."

The princess giggled at the reply. "I suppose so."

Wolf looked around at the scene around her, fidgeting in place. "I hope everything goes well." she said with a whimper. "Wait, since we'll be taking a boat eventually, what's gonna happen to the horses and carriage?"

"We'll simply release them once we arrive at the port town." Zelda answered. "They'll know the way back here."

Leave them alone once they make it through the plains? What if something happened to them while they were alone? Would they be able to defend themselves?

The gray mare closest to Wolf looked in her direction, nuzzling her shoulder. "The princess is right." she said. "You don't have to worry about us."

Wolf looked to the mare and smiled a little. "Alright, if you say so."

Margot tilted her head, glancing between the apprentice, princess and horse. "Miss Wolf, were you speaking to Princess Zelda or the horse just now?"

"Wolf here has powers revolving around plants and animals." Ghost explained patting her friend's back. "I'm sure the horse just assured her that everything's going to be fine."

The confusion quickly transformed into awe as Margot took a step toward Wolf. "I never would've imagined that I'd meet someone with the ability to understand animals."

Zelda soon heard the sound of an argument happening, all too familiar voices among the fighting. She looked up and as she expected, the Heroes of Hyrule were walking through the castle gates. "Sounds like the boys are here."

"Looks like we're all here," Red said when he noticed that he and his brothers were the last to arrive. "Sorry if we kept you waiting."

"We'd be here earlier if Green didn't make us triple-check everything," Blue muttered under his breath.

"You'd be the first to complain if we left something behind." Green snapped back. If it wasn't for Vio holding him back, he would've shoved Blue.

"Well, now that you're all here, you should hurry and make your way through the plains." their father suggested. "You don't want to keep this kingdom waiting any longer than they must."

The group nods. Zelda and Margot climb into the carriage while everyone else picks a horse to mount. Green, being the leader that he is, was the first to move forward. The carriage followed behind him with the rest walking along the sides or behind the carriage for further protection.

As they moved through the streets, Margot looked out the small window. There she could see some of the residents of Castle Town stopping and waving. Some calling out final good lucks and safe wishes. Among the goodbyes, Margot noticed Red smiling and waving at the townsfolk, returning all the kind gestures.

Hyrule Castle got further and further away. Right before it was out of sight, Margot took the opportunity to take one last photo of the castle. She smiled as the photo appeared, giving her a nice image of the castle from a distance.

'This is it. The start of my very first journey.'
