As they enter the water, Rodet looks around. He can't see anything but the darkness of the sea. "Good." Rodet says to himself as he claps his hands, producing a large buildup of wind behind him. Rodet grabs Pocus' arm and Pocu does the same to him. "Hold on tight." He says as Pocu nods. The ball of wind explodes, sending them flying at high speeds. Pocu holds on tight to Rodet as they are sent flying. Pocu shouting in excitement all the while. They then slow down and see a glowing light in the distance. Pocu excitedly points at the glowing light, much to Rodets' slight annoyance. "I know." He says as they start to swim over to the glowing lights. As they swim, Pocu sees a silhouette of a creature speed by her from the corner of her eye. Pocu turns her head behind her, but she doesn't see anything worrying her. Rodet notices the worried look on Pocu and says, "if you see anything at all, Pocu tell me. This place is dangerous." He says in a serious tone as Pocu nods and mentions how she saw the silhouette. Rodet nods as she says this, snapping his fingers on his free hand twice to create the ball of wind behind him again. "We'll be moving faster. I don't want that thing to catch up.". As they swim, the ball steadily becomes bigger and Rodet fires it off and they are sent flying closer to the lights. While they move at high speeds, a stick shaped object flies through the water cutting Rodets cheek and he seems to recognize the staff, his eyes widening. Rodet quickly whips Pocu in front of him, grabbing her close to him as he snaps his fingers twice again, making another ball of wind he quickly fires. As he fires the ball of wind, Rodet turns around, seeing two silhouettes in the water. They start going through the water even faster until they pass through a bubble which holds a city within it and Rodet barely has the time to snap his fingers twice, making a cushion for them to land on. While Pocu is fine, the land hurts Rodet as he groans in pain standing up. "Pocu-" before  Rodet can continue his sentence, Two people enter the bubble and land on the ground across from the two of them softly. One of the two people is a woman. She's of similar height to Rodet and has long black hair and pink eyes. The girl wears a blue dress and Wields the thrown staff in one hand and in the other wields a club with a lantern on the bottom of it and the top is jagged in the shape of a V. The other is a man but at first glance he appears as a woman with his more feminine physique. He has long silver hair and has a large luxurious coat which covers his body. The lady and the man both bow their heads slightly to Rodet. "Lord Rodet. It has been some time." The lady says in a warm voice followed by a smile. Pocu gets nervous and hides behind Rodet. The man follows what the women says. "It has. How have you been?" He asks with a deadpan expression as he raises his head. Rodet looks nervous. "I've been better. The landing I had hurt, but that's all." Rodet says as he claps his hands to heal his back. "You understand why we are here, but this is a special occasion. We don't normally get to come to Dagat." The lady says with a happy smile as the man nods in agreement. Rodet looks confused. "What do you mean?" He asks as he moves his hands behind him, prepared to clap. Pocu during this hides behind Rodet with a scared expression. "What I mean, Lord Rodet, is that I don't want to fight you. For one, it would be an extreme amount of effort and pain for little gain. Second, like I said, we don't get to come here a lot. We are mostly going around in
Zerura or Dryadalis. It gets boring, but now we are here with you, Lord Rodet. We would love to have some dinner with you and see if we can't settle this with a simple conversation." The lady happily says, clapping her hands. "Theres a restaurant near here. We thought you would like it." The man says his face continuing his deadpan expression. Rodet looks nervous to accept this, as does Pocu. The lady notices how nervous they look. "We won't hurt you both. I happily swear this on my name as the Strength Arcana - Matzavah." She says, giving a deep bow. The man copies what Matzavah says. "I won't do anything to harm you both. I swear to my lord Tenebris on my name as the Chariot Arcana - Merkavah." He says with an uninterested voice. This seems to relax Rodet, but he's still cautious, clapping his hands in front of his as a band of light connects his and Pocus' wrists. "Lead the way then." Rodet says as the two nod. The women sheath her weapons on her back as they walk towards a restaurant. As they enter the Elegant restaurant, a slender pale humanoid stands in front of a podium. The odd creature has no eyes but does have a mouth with sharp teeth. His body is thin and slim, painted with an opaque white for its skin. Its hands are long with sharp nails. Its legs are combined like an odd tail and with tentacles replacing their feet. As the four approach the creature, it sniffs the air. "Ahhh. Welcome. You are all new here. I don't recognize your scents. Please follow me to your table." It says with a toothy grin and a formal voice as it slithers across the marble ground, its tentacles popping across the ground. Pocu is visibly terrified by the odd creature continuing to hide behind Rodet and even tightly grabbing at his hand now instead of his arm. Rodet doesn't stop her and allows her to hold his hand. Matzavah and Merkavah don't seem to mind the waiter's odd appearance, but Rodet is slightly nervous. They arrive at a clear glass table that's atop a small pool and tightly chained to the ground. "Please sit. Your menus will arrive soon." It says in an odd voice as a grin grows on its face. Matzavah and Merkavah both sit down. Matzavah has a small smile on her face as Merkavah continues to look disinterested. Rodet watches the creature as it leaves, and he sits nervously. Pocu sits close to Rodet, still scared. Matzavah notices Pocus' fear and smiles beginning to talk in a calm and kind voice to her. "You needn't be worried, little one. The valis here will never hurt you. They are a kind race that loves to help and play with others. Their appearance may look frightful, but they only wish to have fun and help others." She happily explains to Pocu, who seems to calm down and even look excited, "really?" She asks. Matzavah nods "it is true! I will show you when he returns." She happily says and Pocu smiles. "What is this place? I haven't been here in Dagat in ages and this wasn't here when I last came." Rodet says, trying to make some conversation. "It's called the Vaļu atpūtas vieta. Or the Valis resting place." Merkavah says. "If you guys couldn't tell this city in Dagat is pretty empty. All the residents don't live in those buildings outside. The city is really just this one building. Only existing for this restaurant. All the residents you would expect to live in the buildings live here instead. As Katzavah said, the Valis just want to help others." Merkavah says in an empty tone as the Valis returns holding four menus. "Here you go. So what can I get you all to start with besides some water?" He asks. Katzavah happily smiles as she asks the Valis. "Excuse me. I don't wish to be rude, however the little one here has some fears. Can you please perform a trick to calm her fears?" The Valis happily nods "of course." He dives into the water surrounding the table, a calming sound can be heard echoing throughout the water and the table. Pocu and Katzavah look excited as they watch the Valis swim around the pool under them while Merkavah and Rodet simply gaze at the creature, not too excited. The Valis then dives out of the water happily, making a calming sound boosted by mana as he dives back into the water. The calming sound relaxes the four as their worries and fear all melt from them. The water color changes as the Valis dives back into the water, becoming a more warm orange color mixed with some red, yellow and blue. The colors bleed into each other but quite don't mix. The Valis then begins building momentum quickly spinning underneath the table, the colors mixing and spinning around. Suddenly, he then jumps out. A torrent of water carefully jumps outwards from the four, not getting any of them wet. But he isn't done yet as he makes a whale call sound coming from his mouth. The water starts to move, morphing into sea horses, sea serpents and finally a school of fish. The creatures made of the warm colors contrasted by some blue swim all around the group, much to the delight and amazement of Pocu and Katzavah, even impressing Rodet and Merkavah. "Wow! So beautiful!" Katzavah happily says, reaching out to one of the fish. The fish happily spins around Katzavah's arm, carefully avoiding contact. Pocu also tries this happily standing on the seat to reach the fish. The sea horses happily approach Pocu, dancing around her, much to her delight as she happily giggles. The sea serpents approach both Rodet and Merkavah and happily surround them. Rodet isn't having it, however, glaring at the serpents. The Sea serpent seems to notice this moving towards Merkavah, who seems to be enjoying himself happily letting the serpents surround him. The Valis then stands back up from the water bowing his head. "I hope this small trick of mine helped to relieve any fears you may have had." He says as Pocu happily continues to play with the sea horses. "Of course. I'm sure she's no longer afraid!" Merkavah happily exclaims. The Valis happily smiles. After a bit, the Valis makes another whale call sound, the creatures dispersing and re-entering the water and the colors disappearing. Pocu waves goodbye to the sea horses as they turn back into water.
