Japanese Pancakes

Ingredients 

 2 Egg Yolks.

60g 1/4 Cup Sugar

120ml 1/2 Cup Milk

180g 3/4 Cup. Pancake Mix

4 Egg Whites

9cm Ring Moulds

Directions

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Place the egg yolks and sugar into a bowl and whisk them together.

3. Then add the milk and pancake mix and whisk together, place aside.

4. In a separate bowl add the egg whites and whisk together until fluffy.

5. Mix the fluffy egg whites and the pancake mix together.

6. Prepare the pan with light greasing (butter is best) and place on low heat, add the ring moulds.

7. Place the mix in the moulds and cook the pancakes for 5 mins on each side.
