I leaned over the frail old man coughing into his shoulder, I smirked, "Is this close enough for you?" I asked him. He had no response. "Get his ass out of here," I motioned two SWAT guys.
"Actually, I will need to remain here
while you deal with your problem, Detective Matthews," John Kramer, the Jigsaw Killer said politely.
I looked at him confused, "What problem?"
"The problem in that room," he nodded over to the fenced in room Kerry and Rigg were in.
"You keep him secured," I told the two SWAT guys.
Ripping off the sheets, I saw multiple monitors depicting different rooms. One of the rooms had people inside it. I looked closer, one of the people looked familiar. The black, blonde dyed hair, and yes, those fishnets, it has to be my son's friend, Delilah. But, who's got his arm around her, protectively? Looks like a person... Shit. It was a boy with curly hair and wearing a black shirt, a black shirt I knew all too well. But it can't be. That's impossible.
"Shit." I said aloud.
"What?" Kerry asked.
"I don't know, I think that's my son and his friend. Fuck! He's got my son!" I pointed at the two figures. I stormed back to Jigsaw. "What the fuck is that?" I demand to him, slamming my hands on the table.
"That's your son Daniel. You remember him, don't you? Him and Delilah?" He asked, voice laced with mocking.
"Of course I remember them, you piece of shit. What is he doing on that monitor?" I demanded.
"I'm not sure, I haven't looked at the monitor in a bit, but I'm guessing he's arms around Delilah, cowering in a corner with a look on his face-"
"YOU MOTHERFUCKER!" I slammed my fist down, papers flying, "WHERE ARE THEY?"
"That's a problem you're going to have to solve before it's too late. They have about two hours before the gas creeping into their nervous system begins to break down their body tissue and they begin to bleed from every orifice they have. Oh, yes." He laughed, "There will be blood."
"Tell me where they are," I growled.
"Somewhere safe,"
I stormed back to the monitors, slamming my hands against the fence.I dug out my phone and dialed my son's number. This time, again, it went to voicemail, but the voicemail was different. "This is Daniel's phone. He's not in right now, but if you'd leave." I slammed the phone."
"Hey," Rigg said, "There's something counting down here." He pointed at a timer above the monitors.
"Get me a bomb squad," Kerry said into the walkie talkie.
