As it was Monday we were having a very busy day. Everyone seems to be in need of caffeine to start the weekday. Lily and Ben were baking a fresh batch of chocolate brownies as we were already out of it. While Kelly helped me in the front. Though I didn't want to a certain blue-eyed man came to mind once or twice but I just brushed it off. During the lunch break, Lily and I were eating when she said, " So, how was your day?" I looked at her " Busy as you know because I saw you looking at me a few times throughout the day. Why are you asking me that all of a sudden?" She put her face in her hands " Because I saw you staring at the door the whole day. Maybe for a certain tall hottie??" I was instantly red in the face " As if, I mean I wouldn't have minded him coming back but I wasn't waiting for him either, so shut up." I was clearly lying and she knew that, but there was no way I was going to admit that to her. " Okay as you're so not into this guy, let's do something." " What do you have in mind," I asked. " If the guy doesn't come today, at the end of the day we are going clubbing." I thought about it for a second and it wasn't that bad of an idea, I could use some drinks and I love to dance anyway so it was a win-win situation anyway. " Okay, I'm in." " Great and if we are lucky enough we'll find someone for you for the night," she said wiggling her eyebrows at me. " Li you know I don't do one night, " " Yeah yeah but just pretend we are doing this for now don't ruin my imagination. I just rolled my eyes at her and we went back to work.
To my disappointment he didn't come so we closed early and were now getting ready in my room for the night. After a lot of arguments, Lily convinced me to were a short black dress with a slit on the left thigh and a deep V-neck. As I had awesome bosoms as Lily liked to call it, It was a bit out of my comfort zone. But the dress was beautiful and it also had rhinestones hanging from it, so paired it with a high heel with white stones. I did my eyes in a nude smoky shadow and my lips were now maroon red. For hair, I just straightened it and parted it in the middle then bobby pined both sides behind my ears. I took my little heart-shaped black purse and went to find Lily in the other room.
As I entered the room Lily whistled, " Look at you girl, everyone in the club is going to be all over you." " Talk for yourself, you look super hot Li. If I was into girls I would have bagged you right now." Lily was also wearing a black dress and it was parted in the middle till the top of her navel. She paired it with black mate pencil heels. "Well, too bad Tall Hottie didn't come, his loss," Lily said while pulling me out of the apartment.
