The young goddess wondered why she was made and why she was made alone with no one to accompany her. She was born lonely.
This question popped into her head as she saw other beings create animals and insects on the earth from her cloud. The reasons why these other beings made those creatures varied, such as some of the other beings saying that they created them to eat other creatures while others said that they only made them as food for other creatures.
None of those reasons helped her to understand why she was made. It frustrated her to no end.
She had no idea who or what created her and if she was being honest with herself, she didn't really care.
All she knew is that she was born all alone on a cloud and that she was one with the stars themselves and that she could control the stars and all that was in the night sky. Like the young god, she could control water, fire, the winds and the earth, but her primary domain was the sky, the stars, and all that belonged to the sky. She could make beautiful clouds, stars, and comets for all to enjoy and yet, she still felt so lonely. She hated to admit it, but she wished that she had someone to share her life with and to have a family with them. She thought that it was a foolish idea, but she did like to think about it, no matter how much she wanted to deny it.
