Joseph had been in the same position since the phone call that it began to worry, Luis. He eyed his boss, the other men waiting for an order.

" Joseph," he started cautiously. He was like a snake, staying in place and Luis was afraid he'd attack him, if he much as touched him.

" I can't choose." The vulnerability in his voice shocked Luis. Joseph sat on the floor, one knee up as his elbow rested on it.

" It's messed up, how careless have I been?, I've, I've , I'm going to loose them, Aurora needs me, Lu, needs me too, who do I go to?, Who do I choose?,"

He broke into tears. Luis crouched down and hugged him. Like a brother would hug his little brother.

A protective embrace.

" I'm alone, I feel so alone, Luis." Joseph sobbed. He couldn't think clearly. He couldn't just abandon them. They both needed him.

" I'll bring Lucifer to you." Joseph pulled away.

" Isaiah and Irani aren't toddlers."

Luis swallowed hard, " I know. I'll figure something out."

Joseph arched his brow," Figuring isn't gonna work."

" Just fucking shut up, okay!, I'm trying to think and you're fucking scaring me!" He yelled at Joseph who found the act hilarious.

" If Lucifer get a scratch, I'm ,"

" Cutting my dick off?, I know. You like threatening me with knife, cut me up, cut me open, decapitate me, I know. I'll bring him back I promise."

Joseph couldn't trust him. He wasn't one of his best men. He was good at snooping around and getting him information. The fucker didn't even know how to hold a gun.

" You swear?"

" I'd die if I have to." He sighed.

" I'll arrange my men to come,"

" I will go alone. They'd not suspect anything."

Joseph sighed heavily, " There's gonna be trouble if they notice you're not me, and he'd kill Lucifer."

" Just trust me, Joseph. I'll get him back. I promise, now get on the damn plane. You're way late."

" Luis." He turned, expecting another threat.

" Be careful, and don't get scared. You are a brave man. Thank you."

He nodded respectfully.

" I'll see you when you come back." He sent him a smile.

" Ok."

They parted ways.

" Irani!, Stop, you'll kill him!" Isaiah yelled.

" He's still talking calling me a dickless head, I wanna cut off his fingers!" The man spat on Lucifer.

Lucifer wasn't afraid of dying in their hands but he was afraid of explaining how he got caught up in this mess.

Two nights ago, he was on his usual sexual escapades.

Then he met Isaiah. Their bickering and arguments led to him drinking more than he should and ending up in bed with Isaiah. Barely had any memory of anything that happened.

The next morning, he was bounded, for the first time he had lost control, landing in the enemy's clutches, so pathetic he thought.

" He won't come." He coughed.

" Of course he will lover boy, you're married, he loves you."

" He stopped loving me, Isaiah, we were over. He wouldn't hand over that land to you for me, it's very important to him, more than I am."

Lucifer laughed humorlessly.

" Fuck you!" Isaiah punched him, knocking him out cold.

He received a call,

" I am here ."

"Wake him up!"

Irani smirked getting the bucket filled with cold water and throwing it at his face. Lucifer jolted awake from shock, before cussing.

" He's here, Lucifer, told you so,"

Lucifer clenched his jaw.

The cell opened, Joseph walked in. Lucifer squinted his already swollen eyes.

Joseph would never wear a sea blue suit. He hated looking like a groom.

His eyes trained to his hands, those fingers didn't belong to Joseph.

" Finally came." Isaiah teased. Lucifer watched as the imposter put on a cold fake. face.

" Don't have time for your bullshit."

" Where is it?" Isaiah asked.

" Here." He threw the documents at his face.

Isaiah gestured Irani to check them.
After five minutes of silence.

" They're real." Lucifer watched the imposter breath heavily.

" Good, give him back, finally after all these years you learned." Isaiah laughed.

Lucifer groaned in pain as the imposter helped him into the backseat of the SUV.

He straightened his aching body.

" Who are you?" He snarled.

Luis took deeper breaths before taking off the skinlike mask and tossing it away.

" An assistant, Joseph sent me."

" We're those real?" He groaned painfully.

" Fake, we need to get out of here."

" Where's Jos?,"

Luis sighed, " Not in my place to say."

" Speak or I push you out the car."

He was dead serious.

" Birds of the same feather."

" Speak."

" He's going to bring her back."
