Gaming Night Gone Wrong

Marcus was engrossed in his favorite video game, Dragon Ball XenoVerse 2, at an ungodly hour of the night. He was hunched over the TV, a bag of White Cheddar Cheese Puffs in one hand, furiously mashing the controller buttons with the other.

Marcus: That's right bitch! You thought you could cheese me with Fu Huh?! Well, welcome to ZA WARUDO!

The other player whines over Voice Chat. It sounds like they are twelve years old or near that age range.

Squeaker: Hey that's cheating man! Stop spamminggah! I'm going to actually hack you dummy!

Marcus: ... I thought about it, and sorry, but nah! Get this Molotov Boi! Also, I fucked your mom shit lips!

As Marcus breaks Fu's stamina, he then uses his Custom character's learnt move Timeskip/Molotov to absolutely dominate the player.

Marcus is an extremely competitive individual who loves taking on any and all challengers. He has an unwavering sense of kindness that is often accompanied by a sore loser streak if he is defeated. He will go to great lengths to redeem himself from a defeat, and his competitive nature drives him to never give up.

While Marcus is kind to others, he has a strong disdain for corrupted authority of any kind. He has a strong sense of justice, and he will never back down from a fight, even if he is outmatched. He has a great deal of pride and courage, and he has stated that he would rather die fighting than be on his knees begging for mercy.

Due to his ADHD, Marcus can often act impulsively and recklessly in order to win a challenge. He can be easily distracted and forgetful, but his competitive nature and determination help him stay focused on his goal. His ADHD can also lead to him being overly aggressive, but his kind heart and willingness to help others can often temper these outbursts.

Marcus makes quick work of the kid, easily taking chunks out of Fu's health, and right before he landed the final hit...

... His screen suddenly filled with a small pop-up window. It was filled with strange symbols and characters he had never seen before, and two clearly marked buttons labeled 'Yes' and 'No'.

Marcus: What is that? Is the kid an ACTUAL hacker?! Was he telling the truth?

Confused, he clicked 'Yes' without hesitation.

Marcus: What's the worst he can do, send pizzas to my house? Jokes on him, I will eat all of them. Except pineapple—

At that very moment, all the lights in Marcus' room went out. He was suddenly plunged into darkness, his attention diverted away from the game and onto the unknown. He chuckles

Marcus: Hacking my electrical grid? Bold. Meh, I could—

His heart raced as he heard a strange sound coming from his closet. He felt a chill run down his spine as he realized he had no idea what was about to happen. He approaches his closet. His closet was darker and more ominous than usual. He cautiously approached the closet door and peered inside, only to find a gaping black void. He had never seen anything like it before.

Marcus: ... What the hell is this?

He cautiously reached out and tried to shine a light into the mysterious tunnel, but as soon as he did, his phone slipped out of his hands and dropped into the void.

Marcus: Oh goddammit!

But instead, he felt himself being pulled towards the void. He was unable to stop himself from tumbling in.

Marcus: OH SHIT MUTHAFUCKAHHH!!!!

It felt like an eternity, but eventually he came to a stop. He was surrounded by a thick, black fog.

Suddenly, he felt a strange sensation come over him. His body seemed to be going through some kind of transformation. His limbs grew stronger and more muscular, his hair grew longer and spikier, and to his shock and horror, a long, monkey-like tail sprouted from his lower back.

Before he could fully comprehend what was happening, he felt himself falling head first into a thick, mud like substance. He pulls his head from the mud, shaking his head.

Marcus: Ack! I got mud in my mouth. Bleh! Now where am I— holy sweet Jesus...

Marcus looks at the tall trees, and weird shrubbery. He pinches himself, hoping that this is all a dream. When he pinches himself, it felt like two knifes piercing his body.

Marcus: Gah! Why did that sting?! Owww...

He rubs his arm in pain. But then, he hears a roar from a distance.

Marcus freezes and looks towards the area where the sound resonated from, and blinks.

Marcus: What the hell?! Why did that sound like a fucking dinosaur?!
He continues walking in the direction of where he heard the roar. After a few minutes, Marcus realizes how creepy this feels. He is alone in a dark forest, far off from civilization and completely isolated. Suddenly he gets scared.
He takes out his phone and flips it open, trying to call for help. But when he does, he finds himself with no signal.

Marcus: ... Oh fuck... I am totally dead! No signal at all! How do I get home...

He begins to panic. His breath catches in his throat. Then he sees something move across the path ahead of him.

Marcus:... Wha...?

Suddenly a giant wolf monster appears from the shadows. It growls menacingly, baring its sharpened teeth.

Marcus: Shit! This isn't good. Uhmm... g-good doggy?

The beast charges forward and tries to tackle him to the ground. For some reason, he feels a rush of... something. He doesn't know what it is coursing through his veins, but whatever it is, it's making his skin tingle, his heart pound, and it's giving him a feeling of power unlike anything he's ever experienced in his life. When the wolf pounces on him, ready to tear into his skin, only to receive a punch in the neck, the beast goes flying back and crashes into a tree trunk. The creature collapses to the ground in agony. Marcus stands there looking at it, amazed at what just happened.

Marcus: ... Where did all that strength come from? It feels so... alive... and powerful. Like I could beat anyone in a fight!

Suddenly, he feels something furry touch his leg, when he looks down, he sees a tail. To be more precise, a monkey tail, that is attached to his body.

Marcus: ...EEEEHHH?!

(Timeskip: 1. Month later...)

It has been one full month since he has been transported to this whole different world, which he has been more of less flourishing in this bizzare unknown land.
Ever since he found out that he was a Saiyan, he more or less got really cocky. As he survived, he trained for his ki control. He learned everything he could. He practiced and improved every day. He was constantly getting stronger and faster. He knew how to use his powers, and he was now much more experienced in using them.

After a while, he has done some studying of the island he was on. After finding out that there's GIANT FRIGGIN SPIDERS, DINOSAURS, AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE CAUSE HE SEES AND FEELS SERIOUS POWER BEING THROWN AROUND! At first, he thought he was in the prehistoric period, just slightly altered. But after a while... he got to thinking... until it hit him:

Marcus:... WAIT, AM I ON SKU—
