In the heart of the forest, Noah and Owen set out to find the wood needed to build what Chris had tasked their team with.

The woods were dense and overgrown, and a thick layer of fog hung low to the ground, reducing visibility to mere yards.

The trail was filled with twisted roots and fallen branches, which got in the way of them making progress.

You were wondering about what they were doing, and was honestly worried on the mission Alejandro gave them, since you had a feeling Owen and Noah were not a compatible pair.

You began to realize you weren't "looking for any resources that might be useful", but instead, Alejandro was following around the other teams from afar and spying on them. You caught onto this, and wanted to stop him.

"Alejandro... can we please go check on Noah and Owen? What are we even meant to be doing? I have a bad feeling about what could be happening to them right now...", you stammered, your words filled with anxiety.

He glared at you, annoyedly, for a mere second, but before you could even react, that expression was wiped off his face.

"And why would we wanna go all the way into the forest, searching for them, all because you have a little gut feeling that they might get a boo-boo?", he responded, not even looking at your face while talking.

There was something about him that made you feel uneasy, even though you can't quite put your finger on it.

Alejandro was very charming and quite attractive, which gave him an advantage when it came to winning people over, but she felt like he had something sinister to hide, lurking beneath the surface. He used his charms to manipulate those around him, and you were just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

You weren't sure how to confront him, but you felt like you were making things up, so there was no reason for the feeling of distrust. Yet, you knew in your heart you couldn't trust Alejandro.

You grunted, "Why don't you just listen to me for once?"

"You know what? Fine. Let's go then.", he fumed.

This time, he couldn't hide his annoyance, which you wondered at how he let it slip so easily. Could this be another reason to add on to why you're imagining things?

He put your hand into his palm and wrapped his fingers around your hand tightly. The whole walk was silent but quick, and you could easily locate Owen and Noah in the forest, with the help of the sound of Owen's yelping.

Confessional
[Y/N]: Okay. I just have to get this off my chest. Alejandro gives me such a bad feeling each time I realize something about him, and I don't know what to do. Do I talk to someone about it? Do I keep it to myself? Do I confront him? Am I even sure that he's this manipulative evil freak I think of him as?

Alejandro: I don't even know what [Y/N] thinks she's doing. If she thinks she can get in the way of my plans, then I'll just have to get rid of her.

"Well, I gathered like... 2 kilograms of wood. But I can barely see anything because of all the fog.", Noah said.

Alejandro let go of you, and began to talk to Noah. You were listening in for the first few seconds of the conversation, but you were getting lost in your own thoughts about Alejandro. His tactics, his manipulation, how smart he was, and his handsome, kissable fa- wait what?

Never mind that, you just had to figure out a plan on what to say and do around him, aaanddd a plan to stay on the show. You shouldn't think of him and his hot bod-... you mean you shouldn't think of him and his nonsense and instead focus on yourself.
