"shit" I said as I stood in the kitchen. I had been getting myself food. I was the only one on the boat while the others were out on a job. I was perfectly fine, that was until a sudden gush of liquids. I looked down completely caught off guard. I hadn't felt much pain, But now. The pain was intense. I dropped the bowl of food I had gathered. I slowly made my way back towards my room. 

The whole Pregnancy, I had wanted to be left home. The entire crew had constantly been under foot. The only one I really tolerated was Sanji, seeing as it was his fault. The only time I got to be alone was when the others went out. Today hadn't been much different than the other days they left. 

Luffy had woken me up. He told me about how they were going to go get supplies from a market. he asked if I wanted to come and I told him no. I will admit that my back muscles was contracting, but they weren't unbearable. Eventually, The crew including Sanji left. I had gone back to sleeping.

When I woke up, I could feel a pressure on my pelvis. I ignored it. I tried to ignore it. when I got a small stomach pain. I thought that I was just hungry. I hadn't eaten since the night before. And with the gremlin, I couldn't seem to get full. So I headed to the kitchen. I made myself food, and that's when I felt the sudden rush. I had no idea what it was. But when I started to feel more pressure on my pelvis I understood. 

I managed to get back to my bed. I knew that I probably couldn't do the whole Delivery alone. Chopper had been telling about complications that could happen, which had me worried. I could feel myself shaking, My body was tense. I tried to think of how I would get word to the others. However, the pain was causing me to lose track of what I was thinking. 

Eventually I managed to gather some things together. I gathered some clean water, My sword, some leather, and some cloths. I barely made it to my bed before getting hit with a gut wrenching pain. I held my stomach and let out a low groan of pain. I slowly got myself into my bed. 

"You couldn't wait any longer?" I asked as if the hell spawn ripping through my insides could respond. I held my stomach as I felt a stronger pain rush over me. I could feel something pushing down from my lower region. I laid on my bed and got myself adjusted. I panted a bit as I felt the kid's head start pushing itself out. I gripped my pillow and bore down. I knew there wasn't anything that could stop the thing. So I focused as much as I could. 

I kept pushing trying to get the thing out. All I could really feel was an Intense burning. I squeezed my eyes shut as I let out a loud yell. I felt the burning get more intense the harder I pushed. I tried to force my legs closed feeling the pain get too much. just as I thought I was going to die, I felt a small bit of relief. I slowly reached down and felt something slimy. I felt it a bit more and could tell it was the kid's head. I felt a bit of happiness knowing that the thing was almost out. When the next contraction hit, the happiness I felt faded rather quickly. I sank back and started pushing again. I felt like nothing was progressing. I kept trying. I eventually had to move. I moved myself so I was crouching down. I wrapped the blanket and used it to help support my weight. I was trying to get gravity to help. I started pushing again. I shook my head and frowned. 

"fuck fuck fuck" I growled as I pushed harder. I felt at least one shoulder start sliding out. I had to take a break, the pressure was intense, the pain was overwhelming. I just wanted it to end. The burning sensation was still only getting worse. 

Just as everything was beginning to get overwhelming, I felt the thing slide out. I fell back and instantly pulled the baby to my chest. I checked them. They weren't breathing, so I started to clear out their mouth and such. I started to pat their back. eventually they let out an ear piercing cry. I felt myself relax as I could. I kissed her little head. I started to feel light headed. I laid back and held the baby close. before I knew it, I felt my eyelids get heavy. I felt like I couldn't open it. Than I felt nothing. 

"Come on. It's Zoro. He'll pull through" I heard Chopper's voice. I opened my eyes. I could see that I wasn't in my room. I moved and felt something Icy cold move around me. I slowly became more aware. I could see that I had gotten moved to the bathroom on the ship. I could also see that I was in our tub. 

"Zoro!" Sanji said and grinned. he kissed me and hugged me. I looked at him confused. 

"what happened?" I asked him. he laughed softly and kissed my cheek. he reached beside him and lifted the baby up. I went wide eyed. 

"I had her?!" I asked looking at him. He shook his head. That's when Luffy turned and showed he had a second baby. 

"You had them" Sanji said and smiled. I went wide eyed. I looked at him confused. 

"Wait... huh?" I asked. I was starting to remember that I had the baby, but I had no idea about the second. 

"You passed out, and your body pushed the second out" Chopper said shrugging. I nodded slowly. Sanji slowly gave me the twins. I was shocked. They were both adorable. 

"Kina" I said looking at the girl, she looked like me. Which was adorable. the second twin, a little boy, looked just like Sanji. 

"Saki" I said softly looking up. Sanji laughed softly and kissed me. I kissed back going bright red. I held the twins looking down to them. I smiled and kissed their foreheads. The crew was all happy, and kept asking for turns holding the twins. Which just proved how much the crew had already adopted them
