"Sir, you can't go back with him" I heard a nurse tell someone outside my room. I adjusted in my bed and tried to see who it was.

"Look. I'm his boyfriend. I'm the one who brought him in. I want to know what's wrong with him" I heard the voice of Megumi. I smiled a bit and adjusted a bit.

"Please let him in" I said to the nurse. I heard some grumbling from the nurse before the curtain was moved and megumi walked over to me.

"How are you feeling? You got hit pretty hard" megumi said as he leaned forward and kissed my head.

"Fine. I didn't even realize I was that close to em... I was dizzy and trying to not throw up" I told him. He nodded and held my hand. We waited in silence for a few minutes. Then my doctor stepped in. He shook hands with megumi introducing himself. He then explained what was happening as a nurse brought in an ultrasound machine.

"Before we send you to get your shoulder and leg treated. We want to do an ultrasound to check for any internal injury. Alright?" He asked. I nodded and laid back. The doctor politely and gently rolled my shirt up. I shut my eyes and waited for it to be over. With a sudden jolt of cold I gripped megumi's hand.

"Sorry sorry. I forgot to mention it'll be cold" my doctor stayed with an apologetic smile. I nodded and frowned. I shut my eyes again as I felt megumi kissed my forehead. 

"Hmm. Those look good. No internal- huh..." I opened my eyes to look at my doctor. He looked at me and megumi. He then looked at me.

"Itadori. Are you... sexually active?" He asked. I blushed slightly as I nodded. I looked at megumi who was also red.

"I assume with him?" he asked again. I nodded yet again.

"Yes sir" I said and held megumi's hand. My doctor nodded and turned the monitor of the screen towards me. I saw the still picture of a blob. I tilted my head a bit before realizing. I covered my mouth and looked at megumi. He was still confused and looked at me. I looked at my doctor.

"I believe congrats are in order. By this scan, I'd say you're about ten weeks along" The doctor said. I looked down feeling thick hot bile rise in my throat. I leaned over the bed and started dry heaving. Within second I began to actually puke. I felt a hand on my back and gently rubbing my shoulders. Once I finished emptying my stomach I leaned against megumi.

"Thank you" is all he said to the doctor. After that the doctor explained a few things about the early stages of my pregnancy. He also gave me a list of vitamins and such to be taking. After I got a brace for my shoulder and my leg megumi and I left for a market. Megumi has stayed mostly silent. It had started to scare me the longer he didn't speak.

"Umi.... Talk. Please?" I said as I leaned against him. He looked at me as he stopped.

"Do you think we are ready for this...? Do you think sukuna will do something and kill our baby?" Megumi asked and looked at me. I looked at him and thought about it. The fearful thought had crossed my mind. What if sukuna had some how made my body attack the baby. But the rationalization of the matter stuck me.

"Umi. If sukuna wanted to. He would have done something by now. The doctor said I'm ten weeks along. That's ten weeks I'm guessing sukuna knew about it" I said. Megumi thought then nodded. He continued to walk picking up the vitamins. He again didn't speak. I decided not to poke the bead. I helped him shop. I got some fruits and some sweets. Once we were done megumi took the bags to a taxi. They took us to our appointment. We had moved out of the academy soon after graduation. Megumi had wanted me to get as far away as possible.
