They say there is a reason for everything and that time heals everything
But neither time or reason can change the way I feel now
I wanted HER to stay a bit longer somehow
To hear voice for the last time
But her body was exhausted and her soul wearing thin
When she saw the whole family together again, she knew that there wouldn't be a better place or time to say HER final goodbye to her children
Because we are all HER children and she our mother
She knew that we were together and that we would help each other grieve as we cherish the memory of HER
Time and reason can't change our feelings today but it's because of both of them that we are all here today
We will remember HER when we look at the stars as they shined as bright as her
When we feel the petals of flowers as their touch was as gentle as her own
We will remember HER when we see the sun because she gave off warmth to everyone around her
