The next day, very early in the morning Catra woke up, because she felt uneasy in her sleep. Just as someone was watching her. She shivered and opened her eyes, just to realize, that Adora was starring at her.
Catra twitched and almost fell out of the bed.

"Finally you are awake, I have been waiting for two hours already." Adora smiled.

"YOU DID WHAT. You psycho.", Catra exclaimed, throwing a pillow at Adora.

"So, are we gonna keep reading ?", Adora asked, while giving her girlfriend puppy eyes.

"How late is it ?". Catra rubbed her eyes and stretched her back. She did not feel very rested.

Adora checked the alarm, that was placed next to their bed on a beautiful nightstand, which was a gift by one of Bow's brothers. "It's already 7am."

Catra froze and closed her eyes. "You are aware that we went to sleep around 2am right ? Do you think 5 hours sleep are enough ?" She slowly turned her head to face Adora, who nervously smiled at her.

"Yeahhh ..? ", she answered.

Catra grunted. She couldn't be mad at Adora. She looked so cute and excited.

"Ughh. Okay. You are lucky that I love you. At least prepare me some warm milk please, I will try to wake up."

She didn't need to say that twice. Adora already ran out of the bedroom on her way to the kitchen where she found Glimmer already drinking a cup of coffee.

"How are you up already ?", Adora asked confused.

"Already ? I'm the Queen, I have a job to do, I cant just sleep in everyday."

"Good thing I'm not a Queen.", Adora mumbled, "And Bow? Is he up too ?"

"Good luck getting him up. I assume you woke up your girlfriend already ?"

Adora nodded. Then she proceeded to fill some milk into a pot and heated it up on the stove. After some minutes, she filled it into a cup and ran back to Catra, spilling some of the milk while running.

"Tadaa.", she said, presenting the cup of milk to her girlfriend.

Catra smiled. "Thank you love."

Adora smiled, turned around and ran towards Bow's and Glimmer's bedroom. She swung the door open and with a long jump, she landed on Bow.
Bow woke up screaming, reaching for his Bow and Arrows as he thought he was under attack.

"Heey, it's just me.", Adora exclaimed.

"WHY ON ETHERIA WOULD YOU DO THAT.", Bow screamed, his heart still racing.
"Uhmm. I want to keep reading the book."

Bow facepalmed himself.
"Give me some minutes please."

Adora nodded and left the bedroom.

20 minutes later the Best friend squad was back in one of the living rooms ready to keep listening to what the book had to say.

"Alright guys, we can read until noon, but then each of you have to help me clean the castle, there is still a lot to do.", Glimmer demanded.

Adora grunted, but nodded.

"Okay, let's go then.", Catra said, while opening the book once more.

"We arrived late that night. The villagers were already asleep, while the magicats were still awake, waiting for Theia to return to create the medicine they needed. Theia and us entered the big treehouse, which was basically a huge room carved into the inside of a tree.
Kiara, one of Theia's friends, leaned onto the wall, reading a book about herbs, while granny Lyra was sitting in her rocking chair, almost falling asleep. But the moment we opened the door, she seemed pretty much awake again.

"You made it !", she happily exclaimed, trying to get out of her chair.

Theia quickly ran up to her to lend her a hand to get up. Lyra was the oldest of the village and everyone called daher granny. Everytime someone needed to know something, granny had an answer. Someone got sick, granny Lyra knew a medicine.

"Thank you dear.", Lyra said, squeezing Theia's hands tightly. "You brought company ? Isn't it a little late for you all to be still up ?", she chuckled.

"We have to talk. Something happened... in the woods... with Theia.", Alia said.

"That sounds dramatic my dear. I hope nothing bad ? Why don't you join me at the fire place, so I can prepare the medicine for Nico."

Kiara approached Lyra and helped her walk to the fire place, while holding the flower, that was needed to prepare the medicine. The Grayskull squad joined the old catlady and I explained to her what has happened in the woods.
Lyra's eyes became big, while she was stirring the boiling liquid in the big pot.

"So it finally happened. The prophecy has occurred.", Lyra explained.

"What prophecy ?", Alia and Theia asked at the same time.

Lyra started speaking, while adding some herbs to the medicine.

"There is a prophecy written down in one of the old books. It says, that one day, when nature decides, that it is necessary to protect the planet from great danger, it will unlock its whole magic to one person, who is chosen to protect the planet from that danger."

"But we are fine ?", Pico nervously asked.

Granny sighed. "Right now yes. But Etheria can sense danger, even if it's in the near future. Therefore, it could be years or months until something happens. We wońt know until it happens."

"So why did she get those powers rather early then. Like, couldn't they give her the powers right before the danger is about to occur?"

"No, that wouldn't be smart. Theia has now to learn and master her powers, so she will be ready to fight, whenever she has to. If Etheria would give her powers right before we would be in danger, she would not be able to protect us the way she could, after some training ."

"Makes sense.", I said, "So who is going to train her ?"

"We have some old fighters, who know how to handle a sword and know how to fight and I will try to find out which powers she has and how she could learn to handle her magical powers.", Lyra explained, "I'm sorry dear, that it chose you. It comes with great responsibilities and hard training. It's great to be strong, but it can also be a burden."

"I understand.", Theia mumbled, even though she did not really understand.

"But...can she deny the power ? Can't she just go back to the cave and renounce it ? It's a dangerous role she would have to play. She could get hurt...", Alia shouted with tears in her eyes. She was worried, we all were. We didn't know which danger awaited us and when it would strike us.

"Unfortunately no. When nature chooses a person, it chose it a long time ago. It trusts that person, watched it, their morals, their behavior. Theia is the perfect fit. She is kind, helpful and values treating everyone equal.", Lyra explained. "And now you should go to sleep. Theia's training shall start tomorrow. I will meet you here in the morning Theia. Have a good night."
Theia nodded and gave Lyra a tight hug. Then, the Grayskull squad left and went to their homes, still trying to process what happened.

A lot of questions were left unanswered that night and we were all awaiting the next day with curiosity."
