Chapter 21

I woke up at Derek's house at 7:00an. I think it's because we went to bed early.

"Derek wake up" I said to him as I light shake him.

"What?" He said.

"Let's go to Disney Land" I said.

"I can't. I have rehearsal and an interview today"

I then made a pouty face.

"You can call your friends and see if they want to go"

"Fine" I said and called Sage and Vicky.

And they said yes.

"Derek I'm going to Disney land" I screamed and he laughed.

"I need you to drop me off at home so I can get ready" I said.

At Home

I quickly took a shower, brushed my teeth, and put sunscreen all over me. I just get super tan whenever Im out in the sun. I never get sun burned though but I used to. I then add mascara and lip balm. I put on my black tank cropped top on and some denim shorts with black converse.

I quickly fed Dirk and went outside to see Vicky and Sage on there scooters.

"Wait I have one too" I said to them and grabbed the black one.

"Okay so I think that we should all go visit he guys during there rehearsals so we might have to leave Disneyland around 5:00pm." I said.

"Yay I miss Jack" Sage said and I smiled. After we skipped all of the lines of ever ride we had to go to the guys rehearsal but it's a surprise.

"Okay you guys just follow me" I said as we drove on the scooters to where they were rehearsing. Once we got there we opened the door to the studio to see all of the guys making out with girls on their laps. I just got mad and I could see in the girls faces that they were heart broken with Jack and Adam and I was too with Derek. Sage started to cry and so did Vicky and I saw them crying on top of me feeling bad I started crying too and all the guys looked up at us.

"Crap I told you it was a bad idea Jack" Derek said.

"This was your idea" Sage said to Jack. Jack didn't say anything.

"You all suck. Guess what so does your music. My band is gonna be way better than yours" I said just exploding.

"Wait Kat" Derek said as I turned around before walking out the door.

"What?" I said bluntly.

"I'm sorry" he said.

"Ha I know your sorry because you got caught. We're done." I said while starting to cry and seeing Derek almost cry really made me want to cry. We then shared one last passionate kiss. .

"We're all done here actually. Hope your band practices more because you suck. See you at MTV plugged" I said. See there's two MTV's one is unplugged and the other is plugged.

"Let's go I'm so done here" Sage said.

Vicky started crying.

"It's not worth it Vicky" I said to her and grabbed her arm because she was so shocked.

We all get back on our scooters and go to my house.

"Look girls what just happened a never ending with those guys unless we show them that we don't need them. Vicky you can be my drummer since you know how to play drums. Sage you can be our photographer for our albums and everything. I'm the head leader and I know we're we are gonna sign to. I am the singer and lead guitarist and we just need a back up guitar person and a bass guitar person." I said.

"I can play the bass Ive played it since I was little and aim super good at it" Sage said.

"Perfect and I already know who I want to play for the back up guitarist" I said.

I then called this girl that is friends with Derek and its Jake's girlfriend, Amanda. I gave her a call and she was in.

"Okay guys we have a band" I said and we smiled.

"Let's call it Buddah" Vicky said.

"No let's call it Reckless" Sage said.

"I like Reckless but let's wait till Amanda gets here" I said.

Two Hours Later

We all agreed on Reckless and we're all becoming really good friends. Like we're getting closer together especially with Amanda since we didn't know her too much. We then told Amanda what happened and that's why she didn't want to date Derek because she already knew about him.

"So my mom got us signed to what Nirvana my dads group is signed too and you have to be really good in order to be signed there. We also got to MTVs thing in New York where we play our songs on a stage but it's not acoustic it's like plugged into the amps." I said.

"I'm so excited" Vicky said.

"Me too." I said. And

"Okay so tomorrow we're having a photoshoot but I won't be photographing it since I'm the bass guitarist but this guy that I know who is the best will make our album cover" Sage said.

"Rad" Amanda said.
