One year had passed ever since naka takas ako kay Calix, five months na rin kami ni Aris. And i finally filed a divorce.
Nasa rooftop ako ngayon catching some fresh air nang may biglang yumakap sa likuran ko ay hinalik-halikan ang leeg ko. Humarap ako and as i expected...it was Aris.
"Good morning love." Magiliw na bati saakin ng aking nobyo. Ngumiti naman ako at nag good morning din.

"Love, gusto mo bang sumama sa family reunion namin?" Agarang tanong ni Aris saakin.
"Yes, sure. I would love to." Walang pag aalinlangan kong sagot.
"Ipapakilala na kita sa pamilya ko love. B-But...Calix was also there." Nag aalangan niyang banggit.
"Come on love, it's been one year...siguro naman ay naka move on na siya at nakahanap ng bago." I cheerfully said.
Agad naman nawala ang pag aalinlangan sa kanyang mukha at hinalikan ako.
"Sana...hindi dumating yung araw na iiwan mo ako dahil lang kay Calix. I'm so used of being left alone...at ayoko na maiwan pa uli." May halong lungkot ang pananalita niya.
"No. It won't happen...i won't let it." He smiled...his precious smile he always gave off. The smile that never failed me to feel better.
"We better take a bath. Do you want to take a shower?...with me." Nanunukso ang tono ng boses niya...i can't help it!
I just hugged him tight and he hugged me back too...he also kissed my forehead. And i loved it.

Minutes had passed. At naka bihis na ako...at si Aris ay ganoon din. Inaayos niya nalang ang necktie niya at tapos na.
