"So what about you?" Lily asked.

"Huh? Oh sorry I was just looking at," I trailed off as I stared at the paintings on the wall.

"They're good, I know. But those are done by the seniors."

"Oh....geez louiz," I stood mesmerized at the colorful details while Lily tugged at my elbow and pulled me behind a locker.

"Hurry, get behind here!"

"What are you doing?!"

"Shut up!"

As we stood there, I heard voices running past our corner.

"Did you see her face?!" I heard a deep voice.

"That was halarious!" Another laughed.

"Come on, hurry up before were late." Said another.

Once the voices faded, Lilly pulled me out.

"Who were they?" I looked up at her, brushing off my shirt.

"They are the most obnoxious guys in school. They make it their "duty" to welcome every new student that comes here. They act like they're superior than everyone else, but really they're just pranksters." Lily wrinkled her nose with disgust.

"And they get away with it?" I scoffed.

"Well, one of them-Alan Ramsey- is the principal's son. But it's lucky that we got away, they're in practically all my classes, yours too."

"Great.." I rolled my eyes.

"Here we go," Lilly said as we came to a big wooden door. "Are you ready?"

"As I'll ever be." I said, pulling my satchel up.

She opened the door.
