The Girl with the Blades

~•Chapter 2•~

As I was waiting outside on my doorstep, I decide to get out my headphones and put some music on, so it would be less awkward for me. I
was scrolling through my music and the song I chose was Feel Good Inc. By The Gorillaz, one of my all time favorite songs, it kept me in a good mood when things weren't going right. About ten minutes later, the taxi decides to show up with the younger cadet, she's not an ordinary cadet though. She's a hairy one with pointy ears, four legs, and a cute howl. She was a wolf with extremely bright blue eyes, rich chocolate brown fur and a white stomach.

I take a seat and close the door and put my seatbelt, and the first thing I do when the car takes off is begin to pet this cadet, still not knowing her name. I begin to take a look at her collar when all of a sudden I hear a light female voice saying "My name is Miki, now let go of my collar." My mouth instantly drops, and it begins to stutter "Mi...Mi...Miki...?"

We pull into the headquarters, and I look over the walls leading into Maria. There was smoke everywhere, I could hear the screams of the people trying to leave their homes, is there a war or something?    Fascinated by all the chaos over the wall, I didn't even realize that my squad leader was pulling me by the arm through the doors of the building. When we enter, she pushes me into a chair and begins shaking me while there is tears streaming down her eyes. "Samantha, Sam! Do you know what's happening?! It's beautiful!" I could hear the happiness in her voice, and I honestly do not know what is happening. There was a masculine voice behind me, Levi. "If you do not shut your mouth, I will shut it for you. Now go take a seat, four eyes."

All of the Survey Corps are in the rows of chairs in the commons of the headquarters, and I think I'm the only one that doesn't know what is exactly going on. Erwin begins to walk up on the stage, and taps on the mic. "Excuse me everyone! As most of you know, we are all here for a very important reason, and that reason is, a Colossal Titan has broke through the gate of Shiganshina, the southernmost district of the walls, and let an opening for all other Titans to come through. Moments later, another massive abnormal Titan as we call, the Armored Titan, crashed through the gate leading into Maria."

I hear a very high pitched, girly scream in the back of the room. Everyone is looking back at this tall, muscular man known as Jeff Kirschtein, who is standing there with his hands covering his mouth, and his face is as bright as a tomato.     Miki is next to him laughing her tail off, basically rolling around on the floor. Jeff is there glaring at her, mumbling "Stupid mutt." Which makes her laugh even more.     Then there's me, standing there paralyzed.
