NOBODY'S POV

Merle's shaky breathes hitched as he slowly got himself up, the taste of metal and bitterness immediately hitting his tastebuds.

Blood trickled down his head and nose before he looked around, it was quiet, his trailer door was left open and and the others were gone.

"Fuck." he mumbled trying to make his way to his feet but only wincing doing so, his vision was blurry..he only remembered bits and pieces of what happend.

What he hated was that he knew you were gone. He lost you. It's all his fault. He wanted to rush back over to the homestead but he's too weak right now.

Grunting in pain loudly, he managed to lift himself up now stumbling to his trailer, after he shut and locked the door, he grabbed a beer chugging it like usual, he looked around seeing how messy everything was now, showing you fought back from whoever took hold on you.

That made him feel worse, he imagined how much you fought and screamed just to be brought back to where you hated being the most.

He then froze looking over to the couch, your jacket still sprawled on it messily from when he had a breakdown earlier.

Without another thought he snagged it sitting on his bed, he looked down at it chuckling dryly at the sight of rips and small patched up areas.

He hugged it close with a small sigh hoping you were doing alright, he'd come over to make sure, just..not now.
——
Meanwhile..you were forcefully shoved in David's room, the door being shut behind you with only candles lighting the room, you stumbled down on your knees in pain from Will's hard grip on your arms earlier.

David walked infront of you gently grabbing your face with his hand, you immediately pulled away in annoyance, David frowned.

"I wouldn't act like this, we simply just wanted to make sure you were alright." David mumbled watching you stand to your feet.

"I was fine where I was with Merle-" "Doesn't matter." He said cutting you off walking closer to you, you stood your ground staying right where you were.

"You are suppose to stay with us, so we can make sure you're safe." You paused crossing your arms.

"I'm not some prize for all of you?! I have a life! i'm an adult?! Just because you have forcefully put me into this family doesn't mean your the b-" You were harshly cut off by the brunette grabbing your face again this time harder.

You grunted struggling as he forced you to look straight at him. "I don't like your tone. Let's not forget I won't hesitate to make sure even if you somehow escape us I won't kill off that family of yours, hm?"

You stared at him with just hatred in your eyes, how could he say that. And you hate to admit that it was true. He would.

He chuckled at your face going dull before pulling his hand away turning with his back now facing you. "You may not like it now..but we're doing it for your own good."

You didn't say anything else but back up more rushing for the door running out, David sighed shaking his head, Will came out of the shadows, a frown on his face.

"...I don't think he's gonna forgive us for this." Will mumbled looking back at the now opened door. "He will, just give him time."

You ran into the hallway by David's room tearing up, you swallowed the lump in your throat wiping you tears with your sleeve before someone's door opened a bit pulling you inside.

You didn't even bare to struggle anymore, but you paused upon smelling new cologne. You turned around seeing Nick.

He had his mask off frowning at the sight of you, his hand went up to your cheek wiping the tears.

"I- Uh.. heard what happend..are you o-okay?" He said shyly, you began to tear up again before hugging him tightly, small sobs and cries erupting from you.

He flinched hardly at the contact, before hugging back, he pat your head gently letting you get it all out.

After awhile, you calmed down now just leaning on Nick, he didn't say anything just enjoying the moment of comforting you.

There was then a loud knock on the door, "Nick! dinner is ready!" Jacks voice said in loud tone. "Okay.." He mumbled back.

As Seann made his way to the dining room, David pulled him aside, "Seann, a word?" the brunette said quietly.

"Uh..sure.." He shoved his hands into his pockets, his adrenaline starting to swarm inside of him.

"So, Jack told me you and Angie quote on quote, 'Left [NAME] to die, that's not true..right?'" He snarled, Seann sweatdropped backing up.

"I- no..w-well I mean..yeah- but Angie said he would b-be fine and we couldn't get him by ourselves anywa-" SMACK!

Seann fell to the floor, his sunglasses falling off his face sliding against the carpet, he reached up to his face touching it seeing blood.

Seann looked up at David backing up, tears in his eyes, David just stared at him with a blank look.

"Now. that will never happen again, Correct? because I won't hesitate to do something else other then hitting." Seann gave a nod, and David just walked away.

Seann hugged his knees, a small sob coming from him, his face stung badly. He didn't even wanna eat anymore. his appetite was now ruined. and on top of that, you probably hate him now.

He's sorry. He's so, SO sorry.
