Coffee shop AU!

March 2nd.

___________Remus's PoV.__________

Remus was walking across campus of his university to the in campus coffee shop, seeking a hot drink to warm him up. It's March. It feels like it's the bloody height of Winter. He's bundled up in a big thick coat, hat and scarf. He also has fingerless gloves too. 

Remus's face was a lovely pink with the cold, mainly on his cheeks, but on his nose more prominently too. Just under his hat, his curly mahogany brown hair was sticking out, curls falling into his Jade green eyes.

He approached the coffee shop and walked in, basking in the warmth. Remus planned on staying there for a little while, and it wasn't busy at the moment. There were a good few free tables.

Remus walked up to the counter, un-zipping his coat in the process.

"Hiya welcome to HoneyDukes, what can I get for you today?" The barista said. Remus wasn't paying much attention to him, checking the drink menu hanging above him. He knew enough to register that the person serving him was a male.

"You don't do tea, no?" Remus asked, still looking at the board, squinting. He really should have brought his reading glasses.

"Oh, no, sorry. I've been getting onto my boss about serving tea for ages, but no, we're a bloody coffee shop." The barista laughed.

Remus smiled absentmindedly at the comment.
"Then, I think I'll have... a hot chocolate, if it's not too much trouble please..." Remus looked at the baristas chest for a name tag. "Sirius?" He asked. Finally looking at the man infront of him.

The barista- Sirius- had inky black shoulder length hair- at least- that was tied into a bun, with a pen sticking through it. He had ivory skin with a few visible tattoos underneath his long sleeved shirt. He had what looked like grey eyes, but they were probably a very light blue instead. He had high cheekbones and a perfect jawline. And his smile would blow you away, in all aspects of the word, he was perfect.

"Coming right up, that everything?" Sirius asked with a smile.

"Yes please." Remus said, returning the smile, but down sizing it.

"That'll be £3.45 on a student discount." Sirius said, adding it up on the register.

Remus took out a five pound note and handed it to him. "Keep the change," Remus said, letting his smile grow a little bigger.

Sirius smiled "Thank you! I'll bring your drink over once it's ready."

Remus walked over to a table in the corner by a window, he had a perfect view of the uni's soccer field. There were a few jocks out kicking the ball about, a few people walking on the pathway every now and then, but that was it really. It was too cold of a day to be outside. Remus was only out because he couldn't study in his dorm. One of his roommates- Marlene- had her girlfriend over.

He got his laptop and his history textbook out. He had an essay on 'Religion during Aztec times.' Due on Monday and that was less than a week away. He had really been putting this off for as long as possible, but he really needs to pass. So here he is, sitting in a coffee shop, about to do some of this damn essay.

Sirius came over within a few minutes with Remus's hot chocolate that had six marshmallows in it, making the shape of a...smiley face? Cute.

"And here you go, if you need anything else, you let me know, okay?" He said, a small smile on his face as he walked away.

Remus took a sip of his hot chocolate and smiled, he chose right. This warmed him up right away.
