Codys Perspective
3rd Person

After some hours, Cody and Noah finally found a similarity. They both enjoy Art. The sun had already set and Noah was just leaving. The two were trotting down the stairs, sauntering over to the coat rack where Noah grabbed his jacket and tossed it on. Cody looked at him softly, blinking slowly before snapping out of his,, interesting thoughts to say the least,
"Well uh— Again? Tomorrow? To work on the project of course, aha," He said nervously, his hand placing on the nabe of his neck with a chuckle. Noah rose a brow and smirked at Cody, nodding in response,
"Yea, Yea," Noah scoffed back before smiling and turning around, waving to Cody as he pranced out the door and out onto the sidewalk. Cody watched as he felt a smile he was unaware of planted on his face. He cleared his throat before shutting the door slowly and turning around to walk back up to his room. He huffed, narrowing his eyes ever so slightly as he dipped his head down, feeling his cheeks redden with warmth. Cody shook his head like a dog drying off after they've gotten soaked just in an attempt to wipe the blush off his face. He raised his head back up and waddled to his room.

     Cody plopped down onto his bed, grabbing his phone which rested on his nightstand. He picked it up and opened messages, remembering that Noah had given him his number. He then looked below Noah's box, seeing Sierra had texted him about 50 times in a row. 'Piss off already,' He thought to himself before clicking on Noah's box. He tapped on Noah's profile and renamed it too 'Noah ❤️'. He smiled to himself softly before exiting out and typing out a message to Noah;

Me:
You make it home safe?

Noah ❤️:
Aww, you're concerned for me? Anyways, Yes I did, I appreciate your concern, Cody.

Me:
Yea yea whatever, just glad your home okay :)

Noah ❤️:
Me as well. :)

Cody rolled his eyes and chuckled, reacting to Noah's message with a simple thumbs up. Cody looked around his room and grabbed his headphones, connecting them to his phone and scrolling over the spotify. He bit his cheek as he began playing Weezer. He rested back on his bed, turning on his side as he just stared at the wall while music deafened his ears. Cody couldn't help but get his thoughts wrapped up about Noah, his face always flushing red. All he was picturing was Noah's soft smile and gentle touch. God what did this man do to him? Cody was always interest in Noah, he was elusive, quiet, and smart,, but he had never felt so much for him at once. Cody wrapped his arms around his stomach as he felt butterflies swarm around. He mumbled some nonsense before tossing onto his back and staring up at the ceiling. Cody could feel the blush slowly starting to travel its way to his ears, covering his face and groaning,
"What is going on," Cody grunted, dragging his hands down his face. He sighed, still thinking of Noah. Everything Noah. Before Cody had Really got to know the kid, his life was dimmed and cloaked, but after, today when he got to really meet him, his life brightened, his brain realized things and he felt comfortable. He felt warm and fuzzy inside whenever Noah just simply glanced at him. God were Noah's eyes so beautiful, they were filled with a sparkle and sense of comfort Cody had never experienced before. Sometimes he could even see a tint of love in Noah's eyes they were that shimmery. Cody huffed, taking his headphones out and plopping them back down into his drawer. He yawned as he reached over, plugging in his phone to charge. He slowly blinked his eyes closed, peacefully drifting off to sleep.

Cody blinked his eyes open, groaning as his alarm clocked beamed into his ears. He sighed and got up, hobbling tiredly over to his closet. He got changed and brushed his hair, leaving his room and trotting down the stairs. He woke up early, its how his alarm was set. He plopped some bread into the toaster and grabbed some strawberries from his fridge, taking off the leaves and placing about 5 of them into a bowl. His bread finished toasting and he took it out of the toaster, buttering it quickly.
Cody finished eating and as he walked over to grab his bag he heard a gentle knock on the door. He rose a brow, tossing his bag over his shoulder as he turned the door knob, carefully opening up. His eyes widened slightly as he saw Noah standing there, hands in his jacket pockets,
"Hi, Cody, Uhm— I decided to stop by to ask if you wanna uh,, walk to school together," He proposed with a soft smile. Cody smiled back, nodding his head,
"Yea, sure," he bellowed excitedly, leaping out of his house and onto his front steps. He looked at Noah before beckoning his head as he walked down the steps and onto the sidewalks.

Cody and Noah arrived at school, being squished by the packed, sweltering hallways. The pair had found their way to their classroom, entering it and sitting down. As Cody sat down, Noah did as well. Cody took a pencil out of his backpack to get ready for class before he noticed Noah staring at him from the corner of his eye. Cody turned his head, noticing the warm look on the others face, he scoffed, a smirk tugging at his lips,
"Stop looking at me like that," Cody cooed with a chuckle, "Like what? Im just staring," Noah explained, tilting his head with a smug look. Cody narrowed his eyes and shook his head,
"You know like— Like your eyes are sparkling at me, stop that," he pointed out, his hand doing a motion that pointed out Noah's expression. Noah Scoffed, resting his elbow on his desk and then his cheek plopping onto his hand, "Why? You don't like it," He pushed, a smugger smirk crossing his face. Cody rolled his eyes and looked down at his own desk, tapping the end of the pencil against the surface,
"Whatever, ignore it," He scoffed before turning his pencil over and doodling at the corner of his desk. He hummed a slightly tune as he watched as Noah turned away from Cody. Cody raised his head, slightly turning as well. He looked at Noah, his face reddening. He bit the side of his cheek as he admired Noah for a hot minute. He turned back, dipping his head down as he pressed his pencil so hard down the led cracked. What is Noah doing to him?
