Chapter 19

                             Frostlily's POV
"Awww Jaxy...you don't need to apologize for being tired. It's okay. Goodnight. I love you."

"I love you too."

He put his hand on my stomach.

"Night little alpha. I'll put some of your things together some point tomorrow. I love you."

Jaxon kissed the side of my head then dragged himself to bed.

My poor teddy bear.

Did he have a bad night?

I finished eating then put everything away.

"Alright Ace. It's just you and me for the rest of the night. What should we do? I can't really do much since, I'll hurt you. It's gotta be something simple. Hmmmm....we could clean the counters."

Ashley: HOW CUTE! YOU'RE TALKING LIKE YOU TWO ARE A TEAM!

"Uhhh aren't we technically a team?"

I started cleaning the kitchen counters.

"I hope your dad is okay. I haven't seen him like that in a while. I know he's telling me the truth. I just worry about him."

I finished cleaning then washed my hands.

"Alright. Time for a late night snack then a shower then we'll be all ready for bed."

I found something quick to eat. I cleaned up then went to take a shower. I got out of the shower then wrapped towels around me. I started getting ready for bed. I dried off enough for me to get dressed. I hung up the towels. I brushed my hair then turned off the bathroom light. I walked out then closed the door.

I went to check on Jaxon. I moved some of his fluffy hair out his face.

Awwww...

I hope he's sleeping well.

I kissed his forehead.

Ashley: He's okay. Caleb just told me. He's not having any issues.

I smiled.

"Good."

I went to my side of the bed and laid down. I started scratching his back. I started singing something that normally relaxes Jaxon. He mumbled something. He grabbed my hands and wrapped them around his waist.

"Awww baby."

I kissed his back. He mumbled something again.

"I know you can probably hear me so...you can sleep in. I love you."

I closed my eyes and started trying to sleep. I woke up before him.

My sleepy baby.

I should do something for him.

I'm definitely letting him sleep in.

I laid there and started singing a mellow song to him. I started getting hungry so I slowly go up. I quietly got dressed. I tiptoed out of our room. I shut the door quietly.

"Alright Acey. Time to eat breakfast."

I went to the kitchen then made something to eat. I brought everything to the dining room and sat down. I set up my phone and put my earbuds in my ears. I found something to watch. I started eating.

Ace kicked.

"Hi buddy."

I finished eating then cleaned up. I was watching tv in the living room when Jaxon woke up.

"Hi baby."

"Hey. Thanks for letting me sleep in."

"You're welcome. How do you feel?"

"I'm still waking up."

He walked up to me and sat down next to me. He put his head on my shoulder. I wrapped my arm around his shoulder.
