Chapter 11: Gotta go Faster

Sonic POV

I was outside with Knuckles as we played Coconut ball.

Sonic: So that's 5 for me and 4 for you.

Knuckles: So who's winning then.

Sonic: Oh nevermind

Tails soon came back with Y/N and holding a tablet of some sort.

Sonic: So what you got?

Tails: Well I checked and well he is way faster and stronger then you.

Sonic: Really, how is that possible.

Y/N: Well you could factor in that I had gotten some strange things over the years and I was taught by my Aunt Brenadette.

He then showed us a photo of her

Sonic: Woah, she's your aunt, she's quite the beauty.

Y/N: A lot of people would agree with you, anyway she's also fast like me so she helped me with my powers.

Sonic: I see, is that how you got so fast.

Y/N: Yep one thing she's always told me was to go beyond your limit, so instead of settling with my normal speed I had to go faster and well faster I got.

Tails: Maybe that's the problem, Sonic you've always going at your normal speed not trying to surpass it. Maybe if you try to break your limit you might get stronger and faster.

Sonic: Well it's worth a shot, where do we start other me.

Y/N POV

We stood on the beach with Tails having a stop watch.

Y/N: Ok Sonic you'll run around the island as fast you can do we could get a feel for your speed.

Sonic: Sounds good.

Sonic got into position and ran off with us waiting with him coming back in 30 seconds.

Sonic: So what's my time.

Y/N: 30 seconds, now let me show you how I do it.

I swapped spots with Sonic with me gearing up and blasting off with time going to a stop with me running around the whole island.

Y/N: Man this reminds me of the island I fought Shadow on, all it's missing is some loops.

I kept running on by with me dodging under some branches and bouncing off a mushroom and as I was in the air I spun up into a ball and landed on the ground doing a drop dash as I went up a volcano and did some tricks and as I landed on the in the jungle I grinded on the vines as I landed on the ground and boosted back to the beach kicking up some sand and time returning to normal.
